Maybe, but Trump played the misdirection game prior to the last round of US strikes so we will have to wait and see.

As @justasking111 has mentioned there's been a lot of movements of assets etc going on in the last few hours which would indicate some in the west are concerned about Iranian action.

Mmm. Iraq airspace cleared now. We'll see what happens.

At the risk of sounding like an idiot what does that mean clearing air space etc ?

Pretty much what it says - air traffic begin stopping entry into certain blocks of airspace/close selected airways.

Fairly quickly you end up with large chunks of sky with no or very very few aircraft in them.

I assume trying to avoid land to air missiles.

Not just Surface to Air, you're trying avoid civvie aircraft getting anywhere near for example ballistic missiles coming downwards or any of the other countless bits of crap that might start flying around if shooting starts.

TBH I think Iranian airspace has been off limits to western and US carriers for some time now.

I don't know if anything is going to happen tonight. However, reports are that an US Aircraft Carrier is being moved from the South China Sea to the Gulf. Thus, perhaps leaving 'Taiwan' 'uninsured' from China...

Trump has apparently said he has been told by reliable sources that no Executions took place today. This, could be the 'Phoney' war between the US and Iran . Indeed, the Iranian Foreign Minister went on Fox News saying the Iranian Government had no plans on 'executing' anybody imminently. Likely to be liars, but are likely playing for time. The existing ban on Flights in Iranian Airspace ends in 20 Minutes. There, is a Plane from China flying to Tehran so its not really conceivable the US would attack if a 'Civilian' Flight from China is in proximity to Tehran.

Independence for Wales ! Yeah...

A vote for independence for Wales would gather around 20-22% if that . Plaid Crymu are only getting votes from disaffected Labour supporters and Plaid Crymu is only strong in about five seats in the West of wales, Anglesey and for some strange reason in the Aberconway seat , which includes Llandudno and half of ' Cheshire'..

Plaid Crymu are 30% in Aberconwy but a Split Vote gives them the lead Reform 27% Conservative 17% 'Labour 10%' Green 9% Lib/Dems 5% . Suspect possible 'ganging' up will happen here in GE.
