Yes, Labour don't mention black holes often now do they? Its "inheritance" now. Funny that.

You're right though @NoWordForFluffy, others have swallowed it hook, line and sinker. Even Starmer and Reeves have worked out that talk of black holes isn't helpful for Labour.

I don't understand why we can't send him home to a country that he wants to go to?

I'm sure there's a legal reason for it, but I don't know what it is. In any case where a non-British resident has committed a crime, shouldn't we automatically be able to deport them? Why should the British taxpayer pay for them to be in prison? It's really expensive. I suppose it's to do with extradition treaties and stuff.

It seems we can't even deport them when they want to leave 🤷‍♂️.

He's from Afghanistan originally, but has been living in Stockholm since 2019. He has a string of convictions, and was already living in a 'safe' country before he boarded a dinghy.

It’s good he’s learnt the art of disguise. He’s practically camouflaged with his facial decoration. No one would recognise him. Clever chap. He strikes me as being particularly well-balanced.

Depressing situation. It’s not a good system.
