Steve Barclay told the BBC that 'no-one has been harmed'. Surely he wouldn't be lying in 2 interviews on the trot, ministerial code and all that.

Because I don't trust this lot I'd read that as "I'm not lying and saying no one has it. What I'm saying is that no one is harmed. In their words - they aren't fatally ill"
