Well done @Gufo for completing the series. As they say, 'you should sit in nature for 30 minutes a day, except if you're busy, then you should sit for an hour'. Or words to that effect. I'm sure the same applies to yoga.

Thanks @Sooverthemill looking forward to keeping going. Hopefully your DH will be able to give you a bit of a break on his return.

@Shannith I'm very impressed by your experience of Day 27! Well done! My fella is taking the kids out later and I'm still isolating (although feeling much better) so might try to roll Days 26 and 27 in together then.

@rifling How have you found the monthly calendar? Would you recommend?

I quite enjoyed the February calendar (and it was fun to see Adriene at different stages of her career) but I think "Move" made more sense it terms of structured progress so I'll go back to it for March.

Thanks, that's useful and I hadn't realised the calendar was made up of older videos too, although I don't know what I thought it was tbh!

Just done Days 26 and 27 back to back. I can't say it was easy but I do remember the Horizon pose feeling like a massive deal last time whereas this time I just did it so that was definite progress.

Just done 28 which was lovely. I was thinking that when I started I couldn’t even sit cross legged for more than 10 seconds but I managed 5 minutes at least today.

Just done day 29 - am going to skip 30 tomorrow and try to go back to the one I missed if I can figure out which one it was.
@BestIsWest those reflection moments about how much progress we have made are the best aren't they !
I managed the side planks today and then was thinking I can't believe I have done all of this twice over now .
This thread has been a bit of a life changer to be honest.

Day 26! And then tomorrow I'm going to start day 1 again ( with new thread) and aim to do all 30 . I agree I find this thread really helps me for accountability! Yay us

Day 29 and day 30 done. Enjoyed both - I know lots of people complained about the non guided practice - I'm quite used to doing a bit of pre video warm up/relaxing to work out the kinks but I surprised myself by actually, you know, moving rather than just gentle stretching.

What have you done to me Adrienne? I even did some high lunges without you telling me!

Excited about the new thread and doing it all again in March. This has been absolutely brilliant Massive thanks to all of you - you've really inspired me.
