Hamas wants to obliterate Israel and has no qualms in sacrificing their own population. Sadly Israel at this point seem only too happy to oblige, but to call the attacks on the 7th October «armed resistance» is a liberal rewriting of what actually happened.

There are a lot of really stupid people who can’t understand the difference between a legitimate military target and civilians. I can understand an argument that there are times when resistance against a military force is necessary, but direct targeting of civilians is never ok. Plenty of refugees (political opponents to Hamas amongst others) finally deemed it safe to return on holidays to visit their families and loved ones. Many had saved for years and had finally dared to travel there on fairly lengthy stays. As they should be able to.

Clearly there is no upper limit of how much harm Butler is happy to inflict on women to serve the men she agrees with.

OP your response is exactly what she describes in this video; that calling it armed resistance elicits the response that the speaker defends armed resistance, or this particular attack.
