Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Yep, i feel KH is being thrown under the bus here by more senior and cowardly people.

KH Don't know how old. Older, yes but haven't looked at her birth date.

I think NC is being kind and giving this young woman a golden bridge, but she's so stuck in the the madness that she can't take it

NC Have you met other board members. All older than you?

KH mix of ages. We are proud of diverse age and experience. Some members older and some same age

NC It would have been v difficult for you to overturn older board members

KH I read it all in my own time. Took appropriate advice from Worknest at all stages as I should

KH It was my first time in a disciplinary, so took advice from Worknest and followed our policies.

Yes, she was very, very foolish not to run over that golden bridge.

She's talking like a textbook. I don't think she understands what she's saying.

I am torn between feeling terribly sorry for her and being rubbed up the wrong way by her chirpy self-confidence. Possibly because I would have behaved exactly the same at 23...
