Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

I am on a small crusade to have MW's Wikipedia page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mridul_Wadhwa rewritten to not be one sided. There is currently no mention of any criticisms at all. If anyone has the power and interest to help rewrite it please do, it's a bin fire and the first thing people see with a MW google search.

And there is NO page at all for Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre, ironically - https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Edinburgh_Rape_Crisis_Centre&redirect=no - given the last few days, you would think someone would fill it in.

This is a repellent way for a service supposed to be there to help to treat traumatised women. I am so fucking angry the more I read, the ERCC needs tearing down.

If service user insists on seeing a worker who is biologically female we wouldn't discuss their biological sex.

Excellent. This requires a robust challenge. And who better than NC to do that?

No circs in which you would ensure a rape victim is sitting alone in a room with a biological woman?
