A woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Happened in Scotland. She hasn’t been sentenced yet - but where will she serve her sentence? In the womens prison?!
This is going to mean some serious discussions and tough times for the Scottish government. But it was surely only a matter of time before something like this happened.

Shall we file that with all the other things that we were told would never happen?

Yes. That file is positively bulging.

LizzieSiddal · 24/01/2023 15:05

It says he’s been remanded in a woman’s prison until sentencing. Angry
A perfect example of what does happen when your brains fall out and believe TWAW.

Scotland we are watching you!!

As an aside, I noticed in the picture of this rapist that those are the exact same trousers Eddie Izzard was wearing when I had the misfit to see him walking down the street in London.🤢

MorvenOfMalvern · 24/01/2023 14:59

My watch just flashed up with the headline from The Guardian -

"Transwoman found guilty of 2 rapes when she was a man"

I'm being trolled in every flipping direction.

Still. Is. A. Man

Correction. It was The Telegraph! I had to go and check because The Guardian did seem unlikely!

LizzieSiddal · 24/01/2023 15:05

*misfortune

Justme56 · 24/01/2023 15:05

Notice the hair - covers a large Mike Tyson tattoo on the face. Not a fan of the Sun newspaper but they have posted a pick pre transition when the offences were committed.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 24/01/2023 15:07

Quite interesting that the jury convicted. Shows that the "peers" can see through the "I'm trans so wouldn't hurt anybody" BS.

I presume they had the benefit of the photo of a scary thug pre-transition. Not only the blonde wigged view.

Lougle · 24/01/2023 15:08

Can anyone give a rational explanation for the claim that transitioning 'goes a long way to acquittal'? How can a future action acquit someone of a past action?

DD3 made me realise how much the TRA agenda has progressed, last night. A Grey's Anatomy storyline regarding gender reassignment surgery. DD3 said "So does that mean that her wife is now a lesbian, because she was a man but now she's a woman?" I told her straight that the patient's wife was no different to how she'd ever been, and that being married to someone who wanted to be like a woman did not make her a lesbian.

Yeahrightthen · 24/01/2023 15:09

OP, you mean A woman man has been found guilty of raping two women??

Just thought I'd edit that correctly for you!

We need to stop going along with this bullshit.

Anyone who does is as just as much guilty of this myth-perpetuation and of collaborating with the liars IMO.

Beowulfa · 24/01/2023 15:12

He is a rapist and the genderists, inc Sturgeon and her fawning lackeys, are rape apologists.

Was coming to post this , how disgusting is it , that the bbc scotland headline was "woman convicted of raping 2 woman " just watched the news with my jaw on the floor and shouting , not a woman , this person used their penis to rape 2 woman , their defence barrister , then used trans status as a defence and tried to claim it means they are not a risk , it was a male crime commited by a male , this is not a womans crime

Absolutely. The BBC are ridiculous. That headline is no more biologically true than if I said two women had been raped by a teddy bear. It astounds me, truly astounds me that women in particular are pandering to this. Handmaidens, every single one.

MathiasBroucek · 24/01/2023 15:14

Where does this end? My assumption is that women's prisons are MUCH less scary places than those for men. Surely any not hard-as-nails man would rather be in a women's prison even if he is not a s** offender and has no desire to target the women there? Before long men's prisons could be pretty empty (and the women's ones would all need maternity wings).

ThereIbledit · 24/01/2023 15:14

The photos really do tell a thousand words, don't they.

I'm sorry for the women inmates. I'd bet my bottom dollar that the next headline will be something like "woman forced to rape women in self-defence because of transphobic hate crimes against her in prison"

PronounssheRa · Today 14:21

Jeez, I just read that and am completely aghast, how the fuck can they send "them" to a female prison? After what they have done and been found guilty of.

Nicola Sturgeon, 'Stewart McDonald, Kirsten Oswald, Kaukab Stewart and Alison Thewliss are all personally responsible for whatever this violent creature perpetrates, whilst locked up. 100%

KettrickenSmiled · 24/01/2023 15:16

SalaDaeng · 24/01/2023 13:26

I dont think it is the first time.

It certainly isn't.

A woman prisoner lost an eye to a transwoman prisoner who had been sent down for sexual assault, on women, with their penis & superior body strength.

Waitwhat23 · 24/01/2023 15:16

SidewaysOtter · 24/01/2023 15:02

Looks like it's a holiday of a lifetime for this person.

It's a fox - with a pink suitcase, natch - going into the henhouse.

No pink handbag unfortunately

A woman has been found guilty of raping two women

A woman’s prison ffs. Honestly I just cannot cope with this sometimes. Let’s go back twenty years and you bump into someone in the street and tell them that a man has raped two women but because he now wears a dress and a wig he’s allowed to go to a woman’s prison and be referred to as a woman. They’d either assume you had some sort of mental health problem or would be waiting for the tv presenter to jump out of the hedge and shout ‘gotcha’!

Waitwhat23 · 24/01/2023 15:17

Should read suitcase!

And "Karen" white's two known victims in prison; and the Prison Service denied it and tried to cover it up. Why can't they just acknowledge that they've made a mistake, in the case of prisons? It's no if, it's when they will attack again.

SidewaysOtter · 24/01/2023 15:19

My assumption is that women's prisons are MUCH less scary places than those for men.

I guess it depends on whether your cellmate is a male rapist...

duc748 · 24/01/2023 15:19

Wouldn't it be great if there was some kind of "QI klaxon" every time you turned on the TV news, and they were talking about:

People 'changing sex'
'Women' raping.

and so on. Words and their definitions matter. A lot.

Horizons83 · 24/01/2023 15:19

I note that the BBC headline has now changed to 'Rapist guilty of attacking women before gender change' - an improvement!

No mention of which prison the rapist has been remanded to however.

Probablymagrat · 24/01/2023 15:20

I am raging that this henious crime is being recorded as being committed by a woman against women. They (men) should have to own their own horrible behaviour and not be allowed to suddenly 'change sex' so it looks like a woman has done this.

This is not a woman's crime, he has a penis with which to commit rape, he has weaponised his male anatomy against women and he should be housed in a male prison.

I don't personally give a flying fuck if he is vulnerable in prision, I don't believe that he is, but if he is other vulnerable men are housed in male prisons. If they can keep ex police officers and other sex offenders safe, they can keep him safe.

He is not a woman. IMO he is barely human, but what humanity he does have is male.

TerfOnATrain · 24/01/2023 15:20

I do wonder how many men would still identify as women after being convicted for violent or sexual offences if they knew they were going to be holed up in an entirely TIM wing.

Perhaps that’s what we need to do to protect women and not pamper to their trans ideology.

After all, they will be all girls together and therefore safe away from these nasty men…won’t they?

onitlikeacarbonnet · 24/01/2023 15:20

I honestly don’t know what to say. It’s disgusting. I have a genuine question for those of you who are better informed than I am. Can someone explain why it’s only women who are angry about this?!?

If I was a transgender person, I’d be furious that laws were being passed which allowed rapists to (mis)appropriate my ‘lived experience’ in an attempt to mitigate their violence against women using their trans status as an excuse. And, in the unlikely event of being convicted, being placed in a situation where they can repeat their offending on a literal captive audience of vulnerable women who are locked in with this predator.

Why are trans women not at least as angry, if not more so, than women are?

MiladeeBeserko · 24/01/2023 15:21

Coming your way, you non Scot Brits.

Have some pity on your Scottish sisters, and back up the UK opposition to the recent reforms to the GRA in Scotland, so that we might be able to claw our way back to sanity.
