A woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Happened in Scotland. She hasn’t been sentenced yet - but where will she serve her sentence? In the womens prison?!
This is going to mean some serious discussions and tough times for the Scottish government. But it was surely only a matter of time before something like this happened.

Do people really need educating about sex these days?! Women don't have cocks so the penis can't have belonged to a woman. It must have belonged to a man since they're the only sex that are have cocks.

There should be no penis owning prisoners in female prisons, whatever gender they decide they are that day and I firmly believe everyone should be prosecuted and punished as the gender they were when the crime was committed.

I don't believe that GRC should be repealed altogether, so there is another petition which talks about Sex being legally defined and has many more signatures so far.
