But they are busy and travelling all the time - and no one else ever has to manage things while being busy and travelling

Bit of a shame they didn't have another barrister who didn't have much work on to take on some of the business so they could pay proper attention to their emails....oh wait...

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 23/05/2022 15:05

I can't see him

TopKnotch · 23/05/2022 15:06

I’m so distracted by this my toddler just handed me a poo (his own - the third ever he’s managed to do in the potty). Envy

This is the best thing I've read all day, and a perfect encapsulation of why I love MN 😂

The bundle (redacted) has weird black areas on p446 as if they were reactions but the words show through

Two brains but memory very limited

FingonTheValiant · 23/05/2022 15:08

His memory is very limited. He has no contemporaneous recollection.

sigh.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 23/05/2022 15:09

Am I right in thinking that Liz Davis supported AB but then withdrew her support? I seem to remember someone saying that.

Yes I think she did support her, not sure if she later withdrew it.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 23/05/2022 14:58

Damn, do they have two more witnesses to get through before 4.30? I am a bit invested in the subplot of the EJ's race against time. I hope she manages to fit all the witnesses in, against all odds.

Maybe she already has enough to come to a 'reasonable person' decision and doesn't need to keep re-filling her bingo card.

Gabcsika · 23/05/2022 15:10

Oh, this is going to get juicy.

Clymene · 23/05/2022 15:10

FFS what a time for the battery in the smoke alarm to go AngryAngryAngryAngry

Gabcsika · 23/05/2022 15:14

SC still can't remember anything.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 23/05/2022 15:16

Much beard-stroking going on while SC reads through the transcript

Gabcsika · 23/05/2022 15:17

BC is being extra friendly with this one.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 23/05/2022 15:18

Another raging misogynist

Ameanstreakamilewide · 23/05/2022 15:18

I'm so glad he's giving us permission about what we can and can't object to.

Thank goodness he's here!

MythicalReasonableTwitterUser · 23/05/2022 15:18

How generous of him to allow women with mental health conditions to subjectively experience transwomen as male...
