AH interruption - up to 8 now.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 23/05/2022 10:51

EJG - Thank you, Mr H, I think the Tribunal can read.

She's great!

Manderleyagain · 23/05/2022 10:51

@Emotionalsupportviper Yes she is here as iamsarah and on twitter as sarahsurviving.
She is suing sussex survivor's network & has had some press coverage. A PP has linked to a MN thread about it.

tabbycatstripy · 23/05/2022 10:52

The looong pause after “read”!

chilling19 · 23/05/2022 10:52

Ickky- agree 7, getting ahead of myself. Either way I have lost the support Twix -it is only 10.52 and we have hours to go yet!

BC is reading through the complaint tweets sent to GCC. Are we going to be treated to BC reading out tweets from "dick warlock" again?

ickky · 23/05/2022 10:55

We can only hope @nauticant

Ameanstreakamilewide · 23/05/2022 10:55

Oh, i hope so, nautiant.

We may even see C* wipe rear its head again.

ickky · 23/05/2022 10:56

Xmas on bingo card?

OP posts:
Shortpoet · 23/05/2022 10:56

Yay whose got Christmas on the bingo card?

Shortpoet · 23/05/2022 10:58

I mean Who’s?. I got so excited there on the bingo card I lost my support grammar parakeet.

malloo · 23/05/2022 10:58

So we must remember never to ask these QCs anything important if it's anywhere near Christmas because they will be far more likely to be buying Christmas presents than reading their emails?

Must try that at my work, not sure it would go down well.

nauticant · 23/05/2022 10:58

MW: "Now I know that the term TERF is a slur, and #peakTERF is a slur too".

He didn't run that by AH who the other week claimed the opposite.

One benefit of this case, even if AB doesn't prevail, and of the other cases, is that lawyers are getting the message that TERF is a slur.

Penguintears · 23/05/2022 11:01

MW saying he probably didn't read an email as he would have been "out buying Christmas presents" 🙄

Ameanstreakamilewide · 23/05/2022 11:01

'No place for transphobia within these [GCC] walls'.

Are they asking or telling?? 🤨

ickky · 23/05/2022 11:01

PRAY MW reads out more twitter handles, he said Dolly Dagger so far.

I think there should be a special instant prize of support profiteroles if anyone says Dick Warlock or Cunt Wipe.

OP posts:
IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 23/05/2022 11:01

I'm hoping the Judge will put 'in terms' in her judgment that TERF is a slur and then we'll have legal precedent to point to.

Penguintears · 23/05/2022 11:02

Barristers definitely use 50 words where 5 would do, don't they?

Mmmnotsure · 23/05/2022 11:02

MW reads out tweets against AB and GCC, accusing AB of transphobia etc.
BC: Did you click on any of the profiles to see if they were reputable?
MW: No

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 23/05/2022 11:02

I've been in a work meeting and then a work call so only joining now. Has it been MW all morning?

Gabcsika · 23/05/2022 11:03

Why is MW reading out these tweets?
