The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

They've actually lengthened it compared to standard flags, haven't they. Seems pretty much in keeping with their style.

Having looked at the Further and Better Particulars, it seems that LoHo's evidence is more relevant to detriment (ii), the publishing of a statement by GCC stating that AB was under investigation, than it is to detriment (iv) for some reason.

I don't think they can pack up and go home and leave us all waiting for the conference host to join all weekend.

I would hope they could get the next witness done. It's a short one but key I think.

Although perhaps this is a ploy to delay to wait for Hochhauser to be back in the hot seat.
