The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

BC says another hour or so tomorrow, or half an hour, depending on how the witness answers.

Also, shout out to Judge Goodman for being steady and competent throughout (also for the facial expressions and head in hands on occasion).

Let's hope it was a simultaneous employment discrimination and violent crime case 😂

Idisagree - certainly not beyond the realms of possibly: have been known to rage around the house when colleagues are driving me up the wall.

AB's email on page 622 is excellent. She requests how GCC should run the complaint, fairly and tranparently, and then GCC didn't follow this.

I'm new to commenting though I have been lurking and following developments in Allison's case. I am really enjoying all your commentaries, so thanks for that!

I was moved to contribute a couple of suggestions for actors to play the characters in the movie.
Allison Bailey - Sharon D Clarke. Big woman with a lovely voice, like AB.
Ben Cooper - Chris Evans bears a strong resemblance but I'm going with Jamie Dornan or Sam Heughan (Outlander) for all-out gorgeousness and being able to handle an English accent. (I've never heard BC speak, but I assume he's English.)

Yay for Pink News making AB's case for her by publishing that GCC had thrown AB under the bus.

I notice that in her witness statement, JK omits 'sex' in the list of equalities she is passionate about.

And then it's Alex Sharpe tweeting about the effect of GCC tweet. Good stuff.

I think we should save it for when we have seen all the players. 😀
