The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

The main cause/substance of the complaint against AB that was of interest to GCC is that AB tweeted this doublemonkey:

AB tweeted about it and her tweet was subject to complaints and she was investigated by her own chambers.

Surely those workshops are now/about to be illegal as conversion therapy for gay people has just been banned hasn’t it?

It is pure entertainment (not said lightly, because this is someone's life and career) but it means that hopefully it will get out into the MSM more.

How can all these barristers and QCs be so unimpressive? I know some of it is play-acting, but given their apparent lack of understanding, inability or refusal to engage with the concepts, and lack of professionalism, I for one wouldn't pay GCC good money for representation.

Yes this!! She quite obviously knows what a woman is & what a lesbian is but it suited her to go along with “stonewall says” because she didn’t want the hassle that Alison was getting

Obviously you would feel coerced if lots of people disagreed with you and sent you messages of hate. It would make you at least think twice before doing it again.

I think though, this is a very good lesson for us all in the disconnect that some people have.

If MS went along with this ideological claptrap to protect her own professional standing, it's not really working out so well for her today.
