The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

She's under the impression that Stonewall is the main LGBT org, not a trans self ID org. Oh how wrong she is...

Can I just say, I work in software support, and I would have been in so much trouble if my tech was running like this when so many people were observing.

I do hope that online access to cases continues from now on, it's a major improvement to justice being seen to be done.

I'd love to know if the belief is the SW are inclusive of all LGB people or only those compliant with and prepared to be wholly defined by TQ+ people and ideology?

I wish BC would ask the GCC witness's how they felt about AB after the Twitterstorm.

I remember how much I laughed the first time I heard it and laughed all over again when i read one of your posts this morning. 👍

This line of questioning relates to detriment (v) of AB's Particulars of Claim. It's a substantial point, because it could provide a route for AB to get a win on part of her case, although one of the less significant ones.

Is MHL herself on the line being sued like the other GCC people? Or is she a salaried employee and it's only barristers who are part of the collective?

Wrens - small, but loud with beautiful voices.

BC getting juicy now about GDPR and as to whether GCC individual members are liable to have their emails shared if they are members of the board as to whether they are working as individuals or as members of the boards.

BC says that MHL should have searched the board's email. MHL disagrees (but don't really understand why). BC argues that they are not doing it as acting on behalf of the corporate entity GCC.

Presumably this is to do with detriment re: disclosure.
