Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

This exchange about the data request is revealing.

LiesDoNotBecomeUs · 18/05/2022 15:45

Just saw that my name caused comment!

It is a name I've used on here for a while - and daily since the beginning of the tribunal too. It is a quote from 'The Princess Bride' - not any kind of comment on the tribunal.

Who suddenly thought they were being called out for lies?

nauticant · 18/05/2022 15:46

From my experience a SAR leading to full disclosure, at least at first go, is very much the exception rather than the rule.

Gabcsika · 18/05/2022 15:46

@LiesDoNotBecomeUs

Liars?? ;-)

Could you expand on that @nauticant ? I don't know what you mean.

tabbycatstripy · 18/05/2022 15:47

Lovely BC pause there.

Lougle · 18/05/2022 15:47

If she's not a lawyer, what is she? (sorry!)

I think you are right!
(This could be useful evidence)

Gabcsika · 18/05/2022 15:49

Lovely BC pause there.

It was SPECTACULAR, wasn't it?

(I do love BC question tags!)

tabbycatstripy · 18/05/2022 15:50

He does the best pauses.

nauticant · 18/05/2022 15:50

I'm talking about this Gabcsika: ico.org.uk/your-data-matters/your-right-to-get-copies-of-your-data/ and the fact that you can submit your request and very often the company etc that receives your request will either not provide everything or not provide anything.

nauticant · 18/05/2022 15:51

How about that for a contrast between testimony given by barristers and testimony given by a non-barrister. It was like the sun suddenly burning away thick impenetrable fog.

Who knew that barristers would have found so much difficulty with the concepts of clarity and truth, as well as being able to interact in a respectful manner?

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 18/05/2022 15:51

I was in a work meeting and got kicked out. Glad you're all here or I wouldn't have logged back in.

MagnoliaTaint · 18/05/2022 15:52

Gutted I am missing spectacular Ben pauses. :(

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 18/05/2022 15:52

No questions for MHL from IO, Stonewall's barrister.
Some questions from JR/AH, GCC's barrister/junior

Well Mia Hakl Law was a breath of fresh air as a witness. She answered quickly and concisely.

Judy Khan to be called as a witness.

stimpyyouidiot · 18/05/2022 16:07

BC not expecting JK as witness. Takes time to get head in to each persons particular witness statement.

SpottyBumPony · 18/05/2022 16:08

E Judge Goodman looks exasperated

nauticant · 18/05/2022 16:08

Horse trading over timings with an agreement to stop now and to commence at 9.30 tomorrow.

Gabcsika · 18/05/2022 16:08

Next witness tomorrow morning (Thursday):
Judy Khan QC from Garden Court Chambers
www.gardencourtchambers.co.uk/barristers/judy-khan-qc/sao
"Judy Khan QC has experience of criminal defence work across a wide spectrum of criminal cases. She has been instructed as leading counsel in cases involving allegations of murder, attempted murder, kidnap, fraud, money laundering and large-scale importation/supply of drugs.
She also has extensive experience of cases involving sexual allegations, including historical sexual abuse. Judy finds representing young and vulnerable defendants particularly rewarding.
She spent two years representing a number of families at the Hillsborough Inquests; she led a team of barristers who dealt with the medical and pathology evidence. She has also defended, both as leading and junior counsel, in cases involving allegations of baby-shaking.
Judy won Crime Silk of the Year at the Chambers Bar Awards 2019.
Judy is a criminal silk and her practice crosses a spectrum of serious crime. She is predominantly briefed in murder cases, often involving gang-related killings committed by young defendants. She also specialises in cases involving serious sexual allegations."
