The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

I'm in. Let's go. I wonder if we'll make it to 4pm before the biccies and squash will be needed.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/05/2022 10:04

EJ Goodman...'pronouns are a common way of identifying yourself these days'.

Said with a big sigh, bless her. She'll be glad when this is all over.

tabbycatstripy · 18/05/2022 10:06

BC sounds like his voice might be going.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/05/2022 10:07

I thought that...he sounds a bit hoarse, bless him.

SpindleInTheWind · 18/05/2022 10:07

Thanks, @ickky.

I see that while Stonewall are showing their true colours in this employment tribunal in England, Stonewall Scotland are continuing to act like the billy big bollocks and arbiter of all things, in Edinburgh. (Guardian article today by Libby Brooks.) Sigh.

I'm getting angsty about a new thread again. Do we have one?

(Totally displacing all my workplace stress into these threads and using AB as a proxy for my own dissatisfaction).

Ooh, who's Mr X, I wonder??

I'll let this fill up a bit more.

Don't panic, the new is ready to go. 😁

Thank you. Sorry. I think I'd have a breakdown without this thread right now.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 18/05/2022 10:23

"Separate part" fnar fnar.

Well done ickky you’re so efficient!

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 18/05/2022 10:24

"The male part" fnar fnar

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/05/2022 10:24

The male 'part' is exactly the problem, Miss Sikand. 🤨

Lougle · 18/05/2022 10:24

The non-downloadable bundle link isn't working for me. Is there something I need to do to open it?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/05/2022 10:25

It takes a while to download...it's a huge document.

MsMarvellous · 18/05/2022 10:26

Ooo. I'm in. I have to work but I'll have it on my personal laptop to one side so I can listen in.

Lougle · 18/05/2022 10:27

Oooh so I'm just impatient!

Ameanstreakamilewide · 18/05/2022 10:27

It might only be a few minutes...

Appalonia · 18/05/2022 10:28

She's still v grumpy!!

nauticant · 18/05/2022 10:31

MS is going to do herself a mischief trying to justify her view that Cotton Ceiling is effectively innocuous.

MsMarvellous · 18/05/2022 10:32

MS isn't a happy bunny is she!

Lougle · 18/05/2022 10:32

I think his questions are eminently clear.

ickky · 18/05/2022 10:32

MS told BC not to patronise her, asking her to focus on his questions.

OP posts:
IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 18/05/2022 10:32

Actually respect her for calling out being patronised. Ben doesn't do it much. It's Andrew Hochhauser's whole modus operandi.
