The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Someone's in trouble!

Someone enquiring about a Tribunal Member on Facebook, don't know what, but it could be intimidation.

What happened? I was bounced out and missed it.

I swear some people think this hearing is Twitter and everyone is fair game. This is shocking that someone is posting about the Tribunal members on Facebook.

IIIRC, messages have been posted on a facebook group seemingly digging into the background of a member of the tribunal including discussing their political interests, and address information. The tribunal is collecting evidence and deciding what action to take.

Someone on Facebook saying something about the political affiliations of a tribunal member. Don't know what it's about and better not say any more as don't want to be accused of anything untoward myself.

Judge said someone on Facebook was linking a tribunal member to a political party or something. Said they had been in the tribunal. Said they should stop their enquiries immediately.

😮Why would they want their address? That is a bit worrying.

Yes I was in straight away, watched a lady drink a cup of tea for a bit before being unceremoniously booted out again. Back in now.

Was it a witness or a tribunal member?

I'm wondering if I made that up but I do think that's what I heard. I thought I heard a reference to an office address. I'm more than happy to be corrected.

Is this social-media interruption another attempt to get the courtroom closed or just foolish innocence about the rules?

Maybe TT got mixed up with the purported threats to a witness from last week?

One thing EJ did say is that one person in the facebook group has been identified and the tribunal was able to see they had been an observer.
