This is absolutely batshit. According to RMW say that can be threatening to point out biological reality, and according to them hate speech.

Is RMW misrepresenting the content of the Equality Act 2010, perchance?

Well, female survivors of male violence receiving counselling from a rape crisis centre are fully dressed. It's still not appropriate for that to be mixed-sex.

No excuse for that either, given the amount of time Robin spends on this board. How many times have posters patiently pointed out the difference between racial segregation (imposed by whites, to the advantage of white people, in order to keep structural power) and sex segregation (fought for by females, in order to mitigate some of the structural & physical powers males have).

Tldr: Robin if you have to bring in a race analogy, males (of any gender ID and none) are the white people.

EB was polite and did a good job of maintaining an impartial stance, which I'm assuming she had been ordered to do after recent programmes. (But I did notice when she ended the article she thanked ROBIN Moira White, with the emphasis very much on the first name.)

Radio is always an interesting medium for these discussions.

Robin neatly headed off this inconvenient truth by holding up the Hidden Figures women of NASA as their reference point, using the struggles of black women as their own trojan horse.

I thought it was actually being a Reasoned Debate but that seems a bit extreme! So people are not allowed to ask any questions but they also need to educate themselves around the issues?! Surely if you are identifying as a different gender/sex then you have to accept that some people may be curious or may not be accepting and you cannot deny or ignore who you were before you started identifying as something different ie if you have female biology you will probably have to speak to a doctor about that biology and if you ID as male then you may have to give HCPs a heads up that you don’t have male biology. That expectation isn’t transphobic or anti-trans it’s just logical.

Just listening now. Emma said that RMW had written into the programme touting their book, hence the invitation to the programme.

I have seen the book criticised as not being accurate though. Perhaps someone with knowledge of this could write into WH to let them know.
