do you think my employer should have allowed a man to use the women's toilets? do you think they were right to ask him to stop?

I think they should have addressed the behaviour that was making people uncomfortable.

And presumably if he says his gender identity is feminine, he couldn't possibly be a threat to me. I wonder what Karen White would reply to that question?

Quick question seen as this keeps coming up. How many people on here have come across someone with a beard who claims to be a woman in a women's toilet? Has it happened to anyone you know? Has it ever in fact happened at all?

Lots of people have taken bathroom selfies. And the sword was not in the toilet, they were a fencing enthusiast and the pic was from elsewhere on their feed.

But you should definitely warn them in your submission to the toilet enquiry that bearded trans women are invading women's toilets with swords.

Theres no need for anyone to be partially dressed.

Some women don't find cubicle partitions (which may be happy...I've come across louvred doors) adequate. And what woman isn't aware of the possibility of a woman needing to clean up more than loo roll allows after a flooding incident? Sure, good cubicles with sinks are always welcome but it's unlikely in the real world that loos will all be upgraded to an acceptable standard.

No, the only transwoman I have come across in a women's toilet had stubble, and was whimpering and shivering at the mirror while running hands over clothes. No beard. I was a naive teenager at the time, thought said person was in pain.

I actually prefer the old school open at the top and bottom style cubicles (when there's no men in them).

much handier for child wrangling. DS1 aged 4 locked himself in a fucking hermetically sealed floor to ceiling walls / doors gender neutral bog in John Lewis once. getting him out of there was an interesting 30 minutes.

and when using those sealed boxes I always have a moment of nervousness coming in and out, as if someone managed to get you and them in one of those you'd be absolutely fucked (you won't know about that kind of worry jj, so obviously it's not important).
