And on the other side we have Peter Tatchell, being as charmingly misogynistic as ever.

If TWAW and women are non trans women, then the slogan to chant becomes transwomen are non trans women. Which makes about as much sense as the ideology does to me!

I remember reading some time ago that one of the language goals was for TW to become women and women to become cis women. I thought it was perhaps a little far fetched at the time. Now I'm not so sure.

Ah - Peter Tatchell - he who wants to force children to have compulsory lessons in sexual pleasure in schools is now forcing women to play rugby against men self identifying as women.
He seems to be over invested in forcing women and children to participate in certain things, regardless of our safety or preferences.

More seriously the goal might have been to take the word woman, but they haven't succeeded.

Take the question "should transwomen play in women's rugby?"

There would be no need for, don't be mean to the poor weakened men, no they have no advantage, no women have extra skills because no muscle fatigue. The only argument needed would be "well it's obvious they're women".

It isn't, and they're not. Women will win out in the end.

Like hell we are. Tatchell is an irrelevance now - every time he opens his mouth he puts his big foot in it. I wonder if he has a common sense bypass?

I might not mind being an ‘Apparently Non Trans Woman’ (after all apparently ‘Trans Women are Apparently Non Trans Women’) but I think I might prefer to call my self a ‘Lucent Woman’.

No they aren't. They are men. Clicking their heals and chanting 'I am a woman I am a woman ' does not make them women. Feminism centres women. Not men who say they are women....because they are men!

'Cos I've yet to see an attempt to answer this that doesn't come down to (a) cod science about lady-brains; (b) pseudo-religious waffle about interior gender essences; (c) deeply sexist ideology about adherence to culturally relative sex-stereotypes; or (d) simple circularity "they are because they ARE."
