I had a look, am disappointed we can't post without joining. Their stance is very much 'trans women are women' and 'the prison service is doing the right thing by putting a woman in a women's prison'.

It's very, very cringe-inducing. A male sex offender is a woman because he says so? Nothing screams 'cult' more than such twisted thinking.

Most Irish women I know can't stand woke nonsense. It's a generational thing. However, most Irish men really love the 'Pride' nonsense but when it comes to actual women's rights abortion is killing males and women should know their place; kitchen, kettle, kindness.

This is actually a really interesting case study of a society with very traditional values (male dominance, Catholic religion, nationalism) suddenly adopting very liberal values. The emphasis on faith and devotion remain, as does the deference to men and their needs, and the fact that opposing views can be ascribed to the old enemy is the icing on the cake.

It's very disconcerting to read a so-called "feminist" group share these views.

The stuff they're posting is the very same that men's rights activists used to come and post on Mumsnet - and feminists here used to vehemently argue against.

So strange to see young women are accepting these -what used to be considered - extreme MRA arguments, and call themselves feminists.

That's a real characteristic of this kind of response. I think it's because they must shut the person up. They can use aggression, because that does tend to work. People start to doubt themselves.
