No group how long, just online as I can't get to one either :( we can give each other a kick up the arse here!

rosesandcashmere · 01/10/2016 00:14

And good luck Pyrrha! Budapest is beautiful!

Howlongtillbedtime · 05/10/2016 06:12

Good morning everyone . Is there anybody out there ?

How has your first week gone roses ?

Weigh in today and I have lost 1 pound which is a bit disappointing but a loss is a loss !

Fingers crossed for a bigger loss next week . 11 pounds in 3 weeks .

rosesandcashmere · 05/10/2016 14:25

Hi! First week is ok I hope, weigh in tomorrow! A loss is indeed a loss well done! 11lbs in 3 weeks is brilliant so you were bound to slow up slightly! What's for dinner?

Howlongtillbedtime · 05/10/2016 14:57

Thank you rose. Dinner is chicken breast , sweet potato chips and salad . Looking forward to it already .

Good luck tomorrow , always good to get the 1st week done so you know you are on the right track .

Howlongtillbedtime · 05/10/2016 15:04

Sorry I meant to ask what are you having ?

I need some more inspiration , especially breakfast . I have got in a rut of having a boiled egg and a slice of roast every morning which is getting boring .

rosesandcashmere · 05/10/2016 23:58

Sorry have been flying all over today! I had a Birdseye 'baked to perfection' haddock thingy with loads of kale and leek stir fried in fry light and a little water for steam, cauliflower cous cous from m&s and butternut squash cubes. Only 4sp for the fish but oh the wind Blush. I've had to stop buying bread so mornings are either cereal (shreddies or the like) 40g with skimmed milk or if I have more time, chopped fruit with Greek 0% yogurt. I also love overnight oats with sugar free almond milk and blueberries, had them loads when I lost the weight before so I really should make them again! So many combinations!

rosesandcashmere · 06/10/2016 09:21

Hurrah 6lbs off (week one mind and I know it won't be that much every week) :-) smart points really do work!

cherryademania · 06/10/2016 12:35

Hi everyone. Can I join you? I went to WW about 15 years ago. Lost over 2st to get to goal. 3 DSs and a serious comfort eating issue later I'm 13st 8lbs 😦. I joined online today. Can't really make it to a group. Smart points seem ok. I've had a quick read and having a tuna and egg salad for lunch!

rosesandcashmere · 06/10/2016 13:08

Hi! Welcome!! It's very quiet here so the more the merrier what's your goal? I find smart points work but it does take a shift in food attitude xx

justaweeone · 06/10/2016 15:23

Was a gold member years ago and fell of the diet and wagon big time!!
Started this Monday
Meeting times are tricky so have joined online but it is so difficult to find info, maybe it's me. Thing I might have been better just with the app and google.
I really like the smart points as I generally cook from scratch and not a fan of packaged sweet stuff, it's wine I will miss the most......

cherryademania · 06/10/2016 15:55

roses well done on your loss! Ideally my target would be 9st 7lbs. It seems miles away so I'm thinkibg of setting smaller more achievable targets at start. My problem is I'm such an emotional eater and I binge eat in secret. I have total got out the way of eating fruit too but I used to love it.

Howlongtillbedtime · 06/10/2016 16:07

Well done roses that's amazing ! Good to get the first week over with .

Hi cherry and just welcome and good luck .

I have also found the website a bit of a pain especially at first but the ap and the emails they send through are good .

Howlongtillbedtime · 06/10/2016 16:11

cherry we weigh the same now . I started off 11 pounds heavier 3 weeks ago .

rosesandcashmere · 06/10/2016 18:06

The app is a godsend, helpful on the go! Tesco frozen sweet potato jacket with m&s prawn cottage cheese and salad for dinner. Points for a choccie biccie with my tea later! What are you all having? Need inspirations!

Howlongtillbedtime · 06/10/2016 18:43

I think tonight we are having loads of roasted veg , chicken breast ( again) and green beans .

I am thinking I might have a vodka lime and soda as well . I have been to the gym so I think a drink is allowed Grin

cherryademania · 06/10/2016 20:21

Howlong that's great. 11lbs in 3 weeks! I had a beef mushroom and red pepper stirfry with rice which was 8 smart points. Was really tasty. Breakfast is going to be my biggest issue. I usually don't eat anything then snack on total crap until lunch time. I took the dog an extra fast 45 minute walk too!

Howlongtillbedtime · 06/10/2016 21:33

cherry I have been living on a boiled egg and a slice of toast most mornings which sees me through till lunchtime . Keeping busy helps as well .

The dog walk is fab , I find getting out and doing exercise definitely helps me stay on track .

rosesandcashmere · 07/10/2016 12:26

Argh the boy wants a curry tonight. I have 27 points left... I would like a glass or 2 of white wine too... so what can I have? I like the dry tandoori chicken tikka and salad. No clue how many points though :-/ I can kitchen roll the oil?

Howlongtillbedtime · 08/10/2016 12:38

How did you get on with the curry roses ?
I always go for a tandoori chicken with a green salad if I have to have something .

I have been to the gym this morning and I have just had a sausage sandwich which was my points for breakfast and lunch combined but worth it Grin

rosesandcashmere · 08/10/2016 13:07

I went for the tandoori chicken, some lentils and the salad and a roti and it was lush! Used 5 of my weeklies but that was wine! Sausage sandwich sounds amazing, sometimes it's worth both!

Howlongtillbedtime · 08/10/2016 13:33

Sounds lovely , and well done for keeping on track . It's so easy on nights like that to just say bugger it and eat a load of stuff and wake up the next day full of regret.

cherryademania · 08/10/2016 14:08

I would go for the same with very limited rice (i really love rice 😦). I got Rick Steins India for Christmas a few years ago so I normally make my own but now I'm going to have to look at ways to seriously reduce he smart points. Had a posched egg with ham.for brekkie. Was lovely.

cherryademania · 08/10/2016 14:08

posched lol. not quite!

FloweryTwat · 08/10/2016 19:54

Can I join in?

Just signed up and starting tomorrow! Did SW for years and lost 4 stone, kept 3 off. Then had 3 DC and SW seemed to stop working - couldn't lose more than about a lb :(

So trying something new. I would like to lose 3 stone, but would cope with 2.

Does anyone have any tips for easy meals?
