First weigh in today, 3lb off and I am a bit disappointed. I was hoping for at least 4 really, I've earned 55 fit points and still had 20 weeklies left and have been really strict.

I know it's ok but I was just hoping for a dramatic first week loss to keep me motivated

So worked out why I was crazy hungry last night. My period came this morning.

Hopefully you get a big woosh in the second week

So I managed to stave off the over eating last night but haven't been so successful today. Over points for the day and the week! I'm weighing in tomorrow so will draw a line under it all.

I'm also going to the gym tomorrow. OI've got a two week trial pass.

My aim
Is to not do my usual two week burst of enthusiasm and then back to square one. I'm actually heading to Australia for Christmas so I am using it (or trying too) as my motivation!

This will sound silly but... Airline seats are tiny. and the only time I've flown and felt OK was when I was close to goal weight. When you not over weight the seats feel fine. So if you feel a waiver just think 24 hours of very squashed bum

Good morning everyone , this is my danger point now , the weekend . I can keep to a nice routine in the week but it can go to pot on the weekend . I have planned to have fresh fish for dinner tonight so that's sorted but I really have to keep away from the snacks .

Also I keep eating the same foods all the time and really need to get a bit more varied before I get bored . I have ordered a ww cook book but it isn't here yet .

Off to the dentist this morning so that will keep me occupied Sad

Weekends are my danger zone as well, takeout and drinking mainly. Already close to using all my weeklies after cracking and having wine last night!

IC I have had thoughts about the airline seat as well!!! Bad enough cramped all that time without feeing squashed and fat Shock

I joined Tuesday, have done loads of different diet plans over the years.

I did WW about 30 years ago when it was colour coded blocks Hmm

I'm diabetic and already my blood sugars have improved Smile

That is is great your seeing improvement already.

I went and signed up for a two week trial at a local gym on Saturday and went to a yoga today it was really good.

Good morning , first week in and I have lost 6 pounds .

How do you stop yourself weighing every day ? I have been obsessing slightly which meant yesterday it said I had lost 8 pounds and today only 6 which is dissapointing this morning but that is madness as if I hadn't weighed at all I would be delighted with a 6 pound loss .

That's amazing 6 pounds is fab!

I've had a shocker of a day food wise have eaten all my points already and it's not even dinner time. DS 2 has been feeding like a demon since friday night ( when my period started) so I'm just shattered.

I have managed to do a little yoga today as a trip to gym resulted in DS2 crying the whole time :(

I lost 5lbs in my first week, already my stomach feels less bloated!

For dinner tonight I had spicy bolognese with courgette strips ( is that called courgetti now?) and it was massive for only 2 points. I used quorn mince with chopped tomatoes and chillis, absolutely stuffed for 2 points, spending the rest on wine and cheese puffs! Definitely going to use this again when I've run out of points for dinner. Gave the boyfriend a huge sweet potato and loads of cheese and I was a bit jealous of his though!

Sounds like everyone is doing really well, reading this thread is helping me keep on track too.

I still haven't tried doing any of that spiralizing , was it tasty ? 2 points for an evening meal is amazing .

It was but I love courgette so if you're not so keen on them it wouldn't work.

I'm 14 stone and on 30 smart points, but I read somewhere that 30s the lowest so does that seem right?

I am much the same as you and yes I think 30 is the lowest so that seems right .

Are you using your weeklies as well ? I have used most of mine , mostly on booze and popcorn Grin

Yes Im going to try to use my weeklies for one meal out or takeaway every Friday night.

I had a quorn gammon steak with veggies and gravy for dinner tonight, only 2 points for the steak. enough points left for wine and a mini milk later, I have to leave myself points for evening nibbles, can anyone just stop eating after dinner?

Had my second weigh in today and I have lost another 2 pounds . Had been a tricky week food wise so i am pleased with that .

Hi roses , I am actually enjoying it . I have just got to the point where I know I need to sort it .

I am using the app on my phone and tracking everything . It's amazing how quickly everything adds up .

Good luck with it . Are you going to a group ? I do think that would help me but I just can't get to one .
