Previously I’ve been disappointed at losing ‘only’ 1lb per week so have fallen off the wagon but really if I’d just accepted it and kept at it I’d be stones down by now. The science tells me it’s 1lb per week I should be losing on the calorie deficit I had but obviously I wanted more 
My plan for January is to ease myself in gently by just stopping the snacks. Then if I need to take more extreme measures in February I will. I’m not great at stopping at one biscuit or one packet of crisps so I think none is the best way forward.
But not until I start work again on Tuesday. I’ll weigh myself then for a starting weight.
