So I got back on the scales today and I was 9 stone 12.5.
The Dukan diet calculator says I can be 8 stone 10 by June 20.
Can this be true? Let us try it out!!
Based on my exhaustive and extensive diet 'research' from the last 27 out of 41 years of my life and weight ranging between 8 stone and 12.7 stone I am going to do the following:
- Daily 'change my mindset' reading in the morning
- Meal plan for the week but every morning commit to what I am going to eat for the day.
- Follow a low carb diet based on Dukan when my book arrives and Louise Parker recipes because I love her.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays are 16/8 days.
- Beachbody on demand - Morning meltdown 100 workouts.
I have lipoedema and I am not 100% sure my thyroid works.
I haven't got any lower than 9 stone 10 in the last two years.
I feel well and might as well use this lockdown time to focus on balancing the blood sugar and my insulin response! Weight loss should be the result.
Anyone else want to join in and lose a stone over the next couple of months?
