Oh my lord, tired.com and company over tonight. Over 15,700 steps and just cooking the dinner now, very hungry so I’ll need to eat slowly & not go over my cals

Smashed the lot today and did fbw. I'm in danger of going over as high calorie pie for dinner and in still hungry.

I just polished off a white chocolate raspberry yoke from Tesco, and I’ve still 59 cals left😋 Ate less for dinner, not quite deliberate but more mindful. More asking myself if I really wanted this or that. I think that’s me done or should I say I hope!
Listen to your hunger queues life, if you’ve been doing a lot you might need more cals. You can probably afford more anyway? I can’t believe it’s only Tuesday, I’m so confused as I never have company this early in the week. Busy day tomorrow and I’m hoping to get up early enough to get my weights done - badly need to get a routine for weights in place

Ackkkk I mean cues!!! Not queues! Next I’ll be saying Chester drawers

I've not felt so ill today but I took some tablets this morning and tried to eat more slowly/chew lots etc. Have been eating what I fancy though so not expecting any loss this week.

I had a drink and some low calorie Ice cream. 23 cal over but the pie was a guess.
18300 steps today plus body pump

Best to do that wreck until you feel better. Then go back to smashing it

Very nice wreck, you’re tiny!
Did my measurements again today, waist is down 2 inches since last Wednesday, down over 9 inches overall in a week. Tried on the unforgiving jeans, they close but I wouldn’t be sitting down any time soon😂

Thanks it's a really nice material, quite stretchy but doesn't look it iyswim?

Not that's amazing! Just shows most of it was temporary bloat etc. I've learnt so much from this thread about how and why your weight can fluctuate

There’s something so comfy with a skirt or dress, I wore a dress to work on Monday and it was so cool in the heat. I have no skirts, should buy a couple to mix things up. Busy morning, only had my breakfast at 12 and I’m still hungry so having my sandwich now. Very low steps but hope to get my minimum 10,000 by the end of the day

Hi all.
Thanks for the thread not, and well done on losing those inches.
Wolf, that skirt looks good on you.
I am exhausted!
All the children are so tired and we don't finish for another week, we are all limbing along!
Had parent conferences today and I had to led a few and all the parents were happy with their children's progress, so all good.
Have been eating ok, lots of light food as anything heavy in this heat makes me feel a bit sick.
Steps Monday 15456, Tues 11874 and hopefully today by the time I get home it will be over the 12000 mark.

That’s great steps curvy, I’m pleased to have gotten a bit over 13,000 considering I was on 3,000 at 2pm! Under cals a little today so that’s a bit in the bank for lunch out on Sunday.

And sorry Wreck, that skirt looks good on you!
I'm obviously very tired, I'm off to bed!

Fitbit died & charger isn't in car as I thought so I didn't get to see how my steps were since mon night.

Today's our last day away & we'll be back at my parents house tonight so some bit of normality will kick in I hope!

Skirt is fab wreck I wore a skirt last night which I last wore end of May/beg of June, it was snug to put it mildly.

Today's my only hotel breakfast so I'm going to enjoy but not go crazy 😜

Enjoy happier.

I'm stuck this week at 127.5 /8/5. Which is great but I think I felt better at 125. My tum felt less flabby. Will get my 3 weeks holiday over, carry on stopping the binges as that's the point of the higher cals then drop back down, with advice.

Morning all. Hope you have a lovely brekkie happier, bummer on the charger but the steps still happened so alls not lost.
Up early and got just under 5,000 in before work, went to a gorgeous park with ponds/forests/open spaces. It was so nice and I feel like it set me up for the day. Can’t believe it’s only 9.30am😂 Only 13 hours til bedtime.
Keeping the handle on binging will be so beneficial for you life - you sound like you’re doing great. I’ve started trying to guess what I might weigh, going by size of my tummy/clothes. Total guessing game. Toying with the idea of not weighing again til tomorrow week

Weight has stayed stable through the week. This is unheard of!

Definitely steps still earned
Brekkie was good but hard to enjoy as ds just shouted at me all the way through
