My steps at 5k, I'm tired so that's where they'll stay. Work at 7am until 6pm today & then a meeting from 7.30pm until 9.30pm.

Protein hit, fibre not 143kcal left think I'll have a pack of sunbites Grin

My sis hit 30k steps the other day Halo

WreckTangled · 24/07/2019 07:03

0.4lb down today. The heat is helping with the weight loss!

Plan today is housework/washing this morning then to my parents after lunch. They have a pool (above ground but really big) so can do some swimming etc. Poor dh has been doing groundwork outside all week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2019 08:09

Sts at 127 lb so that's fine by me.
House work and shopping today

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2019 09:55

First weigh in of the week, down 1.2lb so far so now 3.6lb over preholiday weight after 2 weeks at home. Happy with that.
Did a 6,000 step walk and then 40 minutes weights, good start to the day.
That sounds like an exhausting day happier, no further steps were needed. Wow that’s some stepping on your sisters part!

It wasn't untypical though of my life Hmm but it's the mental energy that having that day and then listening to the wound up dc at the end of it Grin

Ate a yorkie biscuit too so 103 cals over for a finish Grin

today's weigh in 161.4 so holiday gain has reduced from 3.5 to 2.7 already Grin and it's only tues Grin

That amount of exercise before work is fab not2 what time do you start work?
Today will be

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2019 13:13

I have 3 days fairly flexible, I start usually about 8 but today it was 9.30. I’ve 2 days I start at 7am. Technically I work 4 days over 5, 2 x full days, 3x 5 hours but that can change as I’m pretty much on call to a degree. That’s so good about the quick dropping holiday weight, probably no real gain only a bit of bloat.
Wow life, that’s super, I wouldn’t mind weighing in after being away if I thought I’d sts but I’m a disaster. My holidays are seriously hampering my weightloss goals at the moment but I’ll just have to try harder

Happierwithouthim · 24/07/2019 14:20

Ya it's the previous gain I've to contend with though rather than the holiday gain. It's drinking that's causing it. So I either quit enjoying a sociable drink and get to my target quickly or I content myself with a slower weight loss. I'm not sure which I want to do yet Hmm

Sounds like it fits your lifestyle not because you get to exercise plenty and entertain people so it's working Smile

Are you more active wreck with being off with dc?
Great work life

Not2bObvious · 24/07/2019 15:48

Ouf - entertain people, that sounds so fancy! And as if I have a choice😂
All it is really is an elderly widowed parent that I have to have stay over every week for the last few years. Used to be twice a week which was a bit stressful but it’s cut back on their request.
I’m wrecked, teenagers being a wagon and I’m done

Don't think so happier but I am busier and less likely to snack like I do at work!

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/07/2019 19:04

549 over, 11500 steps only

WreckTangled · 24/07/2019 19:54

Piggy day.

Crumpet with butter

French bread and Boursin, skips, apple

Tiffin

Hotdog (nice sausage in a roll) and some olives
Twirl
Peroni

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/07/2019 06:52

Up today. Not surprised. Some salt weight, some glutten weight.

WreckTangled · 25/07/2019 07:11

I'm expecting a gain this morning after all the bread yesterday. I'm also wondering if ds has an intolerance of some sort. So much tummy ache and upset tummy for years now. I really should get it checked. It's not constant though some days he's fine Hmm

We're out for lunch today then going to the cinema.

Not2bObvious · 25/07/2019 07:33

Sts this morning, awake since 4am, up and out by 5.40am, got around 4,500 steps done before getting into work. Just had my eggs & wholemeal toast and hope it keeps me going til 1pm, had it a little earlier than planned as felt exhausted & low - thought food would help. Then realised some thieving git had robbed one of my cables and by the time I found one, I’d eaten my brekkie without tasting it. I feel cheated ☹️
Nearly the weekend again!

1lb up Angry. Not recording.

Happierwithouthim · 25/07/2019 09:09

wreck I'm the exact opposite at work because I don't have access to food other than what I've brought with me unless I drive for 15 mins of my 30 min lunchbreak so I generally don't. My saving grace.

Seems all of us are having a tough time today.

I weighed again today and STS, yesterday I got all greens on my fitbit after going for a walk with my friend & finished up 3cals under and hit both protein & fibre. GrinHalo

Not2bObvious · 25/07/2019 15:47

I’m really struggling today, not sure if it’s the tiredness but I want to eat everything. Haven’t decided on dinner yet, having a cuppa trying to calm myself down before I eat, I’ve already snaffled a good 100 cals just passing through my kitchen😩

OP posts:
Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 25/07/2019 16:39

I’m on hols so no scales. Lots of salad eaten and less than the usual amount of alcohol I would have on holiday so I’m hoping the damage won’t be too serious.

Wreck you are being missed on the other thread 🧵

WreckTangled · 25/07/2019 18:32

Ah I'm having trouble keeping up with anything else!

Lovely day today. Well over cals I'm sure.

Cinnamon bun

'Light' goats cheese pizza

Sweets for hypo

Super food burger with small amount of couscous and cheese stuffed peppers

Four mini millionaire bites.

Had lunch here...

Evening all.
My steps have been pretty good. On Tues, 13422, Weds 16658 and today, so far 13463. But I won't be going out for a few days now as we will be getting ready for our holiday and I need to sort out what else the DCs need. It is far to hot to try and sort that now!
I haven't cooked for the last few nights so we have had salads, couscous and lots of light food. Will have to get a meal plan together for the next couple of weeks, I have the food, just need to get my act together and look at the dates and go from there.

WreckTangled · 25/07/2019 19:49

It's 29° in our sitting room right now and even hotter upstairs. Maybe I'll sweat out some excess weight

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/07/2019 21:36

Got everything on track today. Need another 500 steps. Did body pump too followed by Zumba as took car to work.

Not2bObvious · 25/07/2019 22:18

Well done life! Phew that’s warm wreck, it’s 21 which is hot for us. I’ve squeezed another few thousand steps so I’m on track for the week. But yeah my cals today were about 1000 over. It’s so hard not to panic but it’s just effectively taken 2 days off my progress. In the grand scale, it’s not the end of the world. Now just to convince myself😉

WreckTangled · 26/07/2019 06:46

Weight up again. Humph.

Working today so low steps but will only have what I take with me to eat. Hopefully be busy so it goes quickly.
