Everything got except fbw as couldn't fit it in. Will try tomorrow

WreckTangled · 18/07/2019 20:31

I'm off the rails BlushGrin will sort it out after tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 18/07/2019 20:33

A bit over my cals today but taking into account under cals Monday & Tuesday it’s grand. Tired after a long day and despite feeling like saying f** it, I just had a couple of treats after a tasty easy dinner. Over 13,000 steps, so on target.
Keep doing whatever you’re doing wolf, that’s progress for sure. I waiver between thinking I never want to see a scales again to wanting to torture my into giving me back my scales (plural - I know, I’m a disaster, not 1 but 2 of them Blush)

Weight down 0.2 from yesterday. Happy that I've more or less STS recently.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 19/07/2019 10:05

Sts again

Not2bObvious · 19/07/2019 14:51

Had a lightbulb moment on why I was so hungry for stuff last night - totm! Completely slipped my mind. Does prove to me though if I’m conscious of it, I use it as an excuse to eat all the food. No exercise today at all, only 2,000 steps so far which I have to fix, must get 10,000 minimum.
Nice to see a drop wreck. It’d be great wolf if you could maintain over the weekend - any idea how many cals you’ve been eating so you know your maintenance numbers? Still no weigh in, I’m getting so flipping curious!!!

Sts, fbw done. Currently on 10900 steps. Food up for negotiation Grin

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 19/07/2019 15:50

In won’t be staying the same Not after being up for over 12 hours already and very busy I have fallen into junk food today in a big way

Not2bObvious · 19/07/2019 22:46

It’s a miracle Friday, only 128 over cals - could easily have gone more but decided I was tired & took myself away from temptation 😇 Managed to do a weights routine and just shy of 12,000. That’s a much better day than I expected.
I like your food up for negotiation life, sounds interesting, nice one on sts.
Sorry you’ve had such a hectic day wolf, hoping the weekend allows from downtime?

14100 steps, down today by 1.5.

I got to tea time and just hadn't planned anything. I made calories and macros with room for emotional Ice cream.
Going away until Wednesday so will do my best but no weight or tracking. Will best guess.

WreckTangled · 20/07/2019 07:27

Anther rubbish nights sleep. Really struggling at the moment, hopefully once I get exercising again it'll get better. Back to lowest weight which was on the 3rd July finally! Working in the shop today so sedentary and snacky 🙄

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/07/2019 07:53

You ok wreck? Obv not if you are not sleeping. Hope things improve
Great weight result though

WreckTangled · 20/07/2019 08:08

I just can't switch off in the evenings and then ds woke me at 3 because his duvet fell off and I didn't get back to sleep until 5:30. I can't think of anything it could be no more stressed than usual Grin

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 20/07/2019 08:45

Wreck have you tried a bedtime relaxation app

1/2lb up. Totally not a surprise!

Not2bObvious · 20/07/2019 19:53

Lack of sleep is a killer wreck, you have my sympathy. There’s some great relaxation music on youtube, you can let them run and set your phone to switch off. Hope you get a decent sleep tonight.
I’m in pretty decent pain after weights yesterday but I’m happy cause it means I did something😬

WreckTangled · 21/07/2019 09:47

Not2bObvious · 21/07/2019 11:09

That’s brilliant wreck, well done you and congratulations on a decent nights sleep.
First official weigh in since my holidays, 4.8lb up on my weight on the 27th June. I was 10.6lb up my last weigh on the 8th July so I’m very pleased with my progress. I’ve just under 4 weeks until I go away again so I’m aiming to drop a fair bit of that 4.8
With that being said, I’m off out for lunch today😂 Ahh well, this is a marathon not a sprint!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 21/07/2019 13:42

Hi all.
Wreck glad you caught up on sleep.
Not well done, and you are right, it isn't a sprint.

My steps have been good, since Thurs they have been over the 11000 mark and yesterday was 13248, so that is good and hopefully today will be over the 6000 mark as I won't be out for long.
Weigh in today 80kgs so a small loss.
Hope you all have a good Sunday.

Happierwithouthim · 21/07/2019 17:17

All week without Fitbit & then I discover charger in my suitcase when I was packing up to go home Angry

Ran 5.5k yesterday & 4.5k this morning,
My mother is minding dc this week & they're at their dads next week so I'll get to exercise often for next couple of weeks.

Mfp will be in use again tomo & meal planning back with a vengeance.
5 months left in 2020 want to make them count StarHalo

WreckTangled · 21/07/2019 19:02

I made a roast 😋 not great eating today.

1 crumpet with butter

Salad with couscous, falafel and humous
Twirl
Mini M&S Swiss roll bite

Roast chicken with roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese, stuffing balls, pigs in blankets, peas, carrots and gravy. Oh and one Yorkshire pudding.

Has anyone got a beginners pilates YouTube channel they can recommend?

WreckTangled · 21/07/2019 19:17

And a big bag of chocolate buttons BlushGrin

Not2bObvious · 21/07/2019 19:19

Great work on the steps curvy, and well done on the loss.
Ahhh bugger happier, I had that years ago with my Fitbit, I had the one you clipped on? Thought I’d lost the charger, it was in the lining of my case for weeks - d’oh! Nice couple of runs, wow when you think only 5 months left of 2019, that’s a sobering thought.
I think your food sounds super wreck, I’ve eaten bacon/egg/toast. Then Chinese and cream sponge for dessert, washed down with vinoBlush
Treadmill, weights, bike - over 2 hours of exercise, aches are slightly better now
