Thanks Not, I definitely needed to see a bit of an improvement and I know it isn't always about the number on the scales, but it made me feel good. I think I will start measuring myself too.
Happier she sounds awesome!

Steps today 8934.
Food today
B- coffee and jam on toast, was quite late when I had it so didn't need lunch.
D- hummus and grilled veg wrap with chips and a white rum and coke, ahem.
I was out getting the younger DCs some much needed clothes, so went into a pub and all by myself!
Sorry I know its silly!

Ooh and I got myself a new phone on contract so I treated myself to a galaxy fit. Hopefully it will sync with the phone and will help me track everything better.

A galaxy fit is a fitness tracker, (Samsung) that I can link to my phone.

I put my scales away again yesterday, just out of sight so I’m not automatically tempted. I’m always up loads after Chinese do it would have made me depressed this morning.
I listened to a podcast with Karl Henry and Trisha happier, the joy just radiates from her! She’s got a great attitude

I love podcasts, but there’s a lot of sh1te out there and they’re not everyone’s cuppa. I’m not a fan of Karl Henry, found him to be a patronising ass on OT (sorry this is an Irish reference, won’t make sense you anyone but happier) but I was interested to hear that girls story.
I’m on over 16,000 steps, melting! Enjoying my day so far

I haven’t eaten v nutrionally either, there’s been white bread/rocky road/ice cream and to top it off a glass of wine sitting in the sun. Couldn’t care less, still under calories and I’ll do better tomorrow. I bet you haven’t done so bad wreck

I've had:

Two falafels
A twirl
An energy ball
A twix
A packet of monster munch
Two rich teas

Flatbread, humous, crudités, ham, couscous, salami wrapped cheese bites

So it got better...!

Evening all.
Steps today 18325
Food
B- coffee and an apple
Snack-1 rice cake
L- veggie burger, chips and salad and a coke, which I didn't pay for as our room leader paid for us, so so lovely of her!
D- just had crackers, tomatoes, cucumber and vegan garlic and herb cheese and coffee. I wasn't very hungry because of the big lunch.
Oh and a rocket lolly. I have also drank about 2 litres of water today as well, it is too hot!

Forgot to weigh in this morning, dd came in to me during the night & i just forgot.

4 cals over yesterday didn't hit protein but went over fibre 34g

Steps weren't mighty but Fitbit wasn't working properly until lunch so I think it was better than that's reporting

Today will be a good food day no exercise though I'd imagine.

I haven't watched OT in years, I'm not w Kathryn Thomas fan so don't have an opinion on Karl Henry

You’re not missing much happier, I’m nearly roaring at the telly, what they do with them isn’t sustainable and judging by a former leader I saw on Saturday out & about, the changes aren’t for keeps - for some anyway. And the nutrionist wan is another patronising plank. I’m awfully judgemental this morning aren’t I? As my friends Mum used to say, I’m sure they speak very highly of you!
Woeful nights sleep, got up and out for a 40 minute walk so that’s something. Scales still hiding away, maybe Friday I’ll do a check.

Hi all, and well done keeping up the good work. I haven't been posting because last week I came down with a nasty virus (?) that made me lose my appetite for 3 days, everything smelled terrible. Now I have had a migraine since Friday (possibly related to the muggy weather, although I do drink loads of water anyway). I'm feeling so worn out. I guess the upside is with walking 5+ miles per day again, my trousers are fitting a bit better (not weighed myself) but I need to get back to eating properly and healthily again.

Yesterday breakfast: cup of tea, strawberries and 3 small pancakes with golden syrup (yum!)
Lunch: vegan burger and 3 dark chocolate ricecakes
Dinner: veggie stir fry with tofu and rice noodles
Snacks: small bag of crisps, strawberries and blackberries

Will post today's food later.

Weighed still at lowest this morning so that's good. We've been at the beach today. My Fitbit didn't notice my playing around in the see but it auto recognised my workout which was actually just me trudging through the sand back to the car 🤣 steps will be over 10k today which as you know is great for me. Haven't paid much attention to what I've eaten....bacon flatbread from McDonald's, Packet of hula hoops, couple of party rings and a McFlurry Grin have some Peroni for later.

Back from break 1. Will cry on the scales tomorrow. Driving and fit bit out of charge so steps recorded at just under 6 k and will not be much more.

Rather you then me life, I’d give a few days normal living to clear fluid flux - it won’t be real weight gain but if you feel you must?
That’s great wreck, you’re clearly doing good work.
I’ve so little interest in my evening meal the last 2 nights, toastie last night, small baked potato with a little cheese & coleslaw. Leaving my room for junk😬 I’m doing fine on calories but rubbish on nutrition. Meh
