It's 2 days not. You are doing awesome and have pulled so much back from holidays recently. Don't let it derail you. Today is a new day.
128.3 today. I need to really sort my tracking as with being away to much guestimates and meals not logged correctly when I've cooked. Ie just by portion.

Fbw at lunch time today

Not2bObvious · 26/07/2019 10:40

Thanks life, felt much better this morning after a decent sleep. I haven’t eaten yet but then I generally don’t eat til lunch on my 3 x 5 hour office days.
It’s so hard to track when away, you can really only guesstimate - you’re still lovely and light

Checking in for accountability. Had to do some school shopping this afternoon so I made sure to have my sandwich before I went so I wasn’t tempted by fast food. And the school supplies cost enough without factoring in €€ for lunch for 3! I wasn't a totally mean mum though, I brought them for an icecream. The fates conspired against me, I ordered a mini McFlurry despite the fact there’s flip all in price between the normal & mini but there’s around 170 more cals in the normal size. They gave me a full size one😩 BUT, I only ate half....nearly killed me!
How’s everyone else getting on?

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 26/07/2019 17:42

Oh well done Not, that there is some serious willpower!
Today is a stay at home day. So steps will be rubbish!
Just cleaning and seeing what else the DCs need for holiday. I need to have a list by Monday, their dad will be having them that day, so I want to make that the last 'holiday shopping day'. It will be far easier to do it on my own.

Not2bObvious · 26/07/2019 17:48

Thanks curvy, pleased that I manage to squeeze in weights this afternoon but I’m proper wrecked. Parent over tonight for dinner, B&B, best friend over tomorrow for the same. Proper knackered now

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 26/07/2019 17:49

Haha, was it clear I’m proper exhausted! Sorry for the repetitious moaning

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 26/07/2019 18:02

Not, I don't think you are moaning, you have had a very busy day and gearing up for tonight and tomorrow, no wonder you are knackered!

WreckTangled · 26/07/2019 18:19

I only buy the small McFlurry. There's no need for a big one for anyone, diet or no diet.

Food not too bad today and no snacks in so won't be eating loads of chocolate tonight Grin

Not2bObvious · 26/07/2019 21:47

They never had small McFlurry in Ireland until this last month wreck so it wasn’t an option to choose. That being said, I don’t eat them normally, I just really fancied the raspberry flake.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 27/07/2019 07:23

Not I got a mini McFlurry in Nov on my way home after a shopping visit to Birmingham, think it was only available in the limited edition flavour which was reindeer malteaser that time Grin
I'm not a big icecream fan but agree there's no need for the big ones, having said that I bought an 18 pk of snickers ice cream in Iceland for €4.50 on thurs 179cals of deliciousness each Grin

Look how I achieved my fibre goal yesterday Grin

My steps haven't been great this week 30801 so far I intended getting lots of exercise while dm was here but I was just so exhausted I didn't. Going to go for a run now as I'm away this weekend & there's a good bit of driving.
Only averaging 6 hours sleep so I might be spending my child free week catching up on sleep as well as with friends & exercise.

Last weigh in until wed/thurs 159.4 so gain of 1.8lbs from before hols (161.2 average) I'm ok with that SmileWink

Sorry this post is all me me me I am reading all yer updates

I love bourbons. They're my favourite.

I had the raspberry flake one too but only because they've stopped the mint aero.

Happierwithouthim · 27/07/2019 07:50

I'm not a biscuit person at all but ds was in such good form sharing them with everyone I didn't want to ruin it.
They're off to their dads for almost a week today so I really wanted a nice evening with them, bedtimes have been horrendous with ds all week & last night was amazing. At his suggestion we all went into DD's bed where he read us two stories from his early readers Grin

Ooh mint aero ones sound fab

Not2bObvious · 27/07/2019 09:27

Wow I had no idea they were even a thing here, never seen them until the raspberry flake - I stand corrected. I hadn’t had one in a long time until my holidays, white chocolate Oreo for the record - I shared though, besides the cals, it’s pretty rubbish once the toppings are snaffled! Never was a big ice cream fan, this weather has created new cravings. I’m enjoying the odd mini aldi/lidl magnum at around 130 cals which hit the spot.
Scales up .4 on Wednesday/Thursday. That’s my weekly weigh ins done, so I’m down 1.1lb on last week. Took a lot of work to shift that. How quick it goes on, think I’ll wire my jaw next time I’m away

Hi all.
Still sorting stuff.
Food today
B- toast and coffee
Didn't really feel angry during the day so just had vegan pizza for dinner.

WreckTangled · 27/07/2019 20:46

We had pizza for dinner. And I had a bacon and cream cheese bagel for lunch. Not a great day!

Happierwithouthim · 28/07/2019 01:20

Gain of 1.2 lbs week after holidays so I'm ok with that.

Today's food has been slack
Bacon medallions sandwich
2 kiwis skin on
Proper corn lentil chips
Fulfil salted caramel bar
Slice apple tart

Wreck your food sounds lovely

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/07/2019 07:14

128.8 up about 1.5 from last week. Can't tell as app is down

WreckTangled · 28/07/2019 07:25

Spinning this morning. 0.2 down this morning but still 1lb up from lowest. I did have pizza last night though, weight with my pjs on and totm so I'm confident I've mainly STS.

I'm considering low carb from next week. I don't really want to (love carbs!) but from a diabetes management point of view it might be the way forward and it is worth having a go.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 28/07/2019 10:10

Up 2lb don’t think that’s too bad for a week on holiday

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/07/2019 10:23

That's good wolf.

Fbw done. Just walking back from the gym

WreckTangled · 28/07/2019 10:37

1.4lb down post spin...taking me to my lowest ever, will be up tomorrow as always am after spin but hopefully it'll settle mid week.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 28/07/2019 12:04

Weigh in today 78.8kgs, which I'm happy with.
Another day at home today. Will be hoovering and sorting out the uniform.
Hope you all have a good Sunday.

Not2bObvious · 28/07/2019 21:12

Great loss curvy, well done you! Congrats on your new low wreck
That’s a really manageable gain wolf, quite honestly it’s probably only half that or less when you go back to non holiday behaviour. And 1.2lb gain is pratically maintain happier
Late night last night, no fear of me braving the sad step😂

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 28/07/2019 21:15

Oops missed your update life, again practically maintaining esp as you’d a few days away relaxed eating yes? Good woman for going the gym, I’m starting to feel like I might like to join one - it’s just getting one close enough with classes I can make it too

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/07/2019 07:09

1 off today but no tracking this week as not lugging scales to London.

I'm ok maintaing for now but preferred being couple of lb lighter.
Tbf I've lost 20lb since I started 18m ago so I'm taking the win.
