Sts this morning I'm at +0.2lbs with one more weigh in to go. Getting up to run/walk dog before dc get up.

1.2lb down this morning and 1lb off my lowest. I'm expecting it to go back up once I'm eating properly again.

ahh it’s utterly fine now, when I see how so many women suffer with bad periods like it’s all we can expect. I thought it was normal! It was only googling that led me to ask my gynae.
How you feeling wreck? Any better?
That’s grand for a Friday happier, anything that’d scupper weight loss over the weekend, if not I’m sure you’ll get a loss.
How you feeling now curvy? Are you taking it easy?
Down 2lb on yesterday, so only up .6 on last Friday which I’ll take happily. Tmi but things moved, hurrah!!!

For the benefit of the new posters. The only way to lose weight is to eat less calories than you burn off.

A friend of mine had an ablation for ridiculous periods. Best thing ever in her life.
That's why I love my merina.
Don't envy you edndo though not. Bless ya.

Kind of of track ish here but very stressed and tired. CBA with the gym either which isn't me at all. Will be better next week

Oh not, what a lot you have been through Flowers.
I think you are right, we do believe that periods are painful. I've always had painful periods, I used to have to take time off school.
But getting older and speaking to other women, I realised that maybe something was wrong.
I make it my mission to try and normalise conversations about periods and women's health, because for some reason it is still such a taboo!

Not enough steps and too many crisps here! Oh yeah and chocolate. A small thing was I ate out of the freezer instead of the takeaway so that helped keep cals down a bit. Up at stupid o’clock in the morning, hoping to get a few hours sleep but no biggie if I don’t, can’t complain

Starting to doubt my scales as down again. 112lb on the dot. I'm still a bit under the weather though. Will make sure I have plenty of fat and protein today and drink lots.

I'm exhausted bed at 9pm last night woke at 6am I'd sleep now but dc are here so can't.

It's been 3 weeks since I had a night out with bf so must psych myself up, obviously I want to see him but don't feel like getting dressed up to go out. It's a bank holiday weekend here & mixed messages whether dc are at home sun night or not from their father. Calendar says nothing, told dc they'd be with him if he wasn't working on Monday(he won't be) but said nothing to me Angry he's back to himself, raging with me about everything Hmm

Have you tried holding a bag of flour and weighing wreck? Test the scales.
Hope you are feeling better today.

Forgot to weigh today but coming down with cold and tbh pointless as been off track all week.

Good idea. I'll find something to weigh and see what it is. I'm still feeling pretty rubbish but not as bad as I was. Clothes seem ok most of my jeans etc are a bit big now though

Did not like the scales this morning, 77.9kgs!
I knew the scales last week were to good to be true, sigh!
Anyway did eat lots of salty food yesterday and have been drinking lots of water to flush it out.
Will be back on it properly in a couple of weeks, am going to try my best and at least maintain until then.

I’m struggling to find days I like the scales too curvy, get much recovered & then consider the scales, honestly after your recent experience I think it’s irrelevant (I know it matters to you, I’m not diminishing that I promise but in the big scheme of being well matters infinitely more)
