0.4lb up from my post spin weigh in yesterday which I'm really pleased about as I had risotto for dinner so heavy carb day.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 29/07/2019 11:42

1lb down

Not2bObvious · 29/07/2019 21:14

That must be the best Monday I’ve seen in a while, losses, minor gains. Maybe we’ve got it sussed! When I say we I do mean you lot. No weigh in today, slept badly last night and thought a weigh in might push me over the edge. Under by around 350, might claw back a bit of my over indulgence over the weekend. Have a lovely time away life, you’re dead right not bringing the scales

14045 steps today.
Food has been ok too.
B- weetabix with oat milk and coffee
L- vegan cornish pasty, fruit and a tropical drink
D- crumpet with vegan spread and coffee
S- salt n vinegar hula hoops
Lots of water too.
Not, I don't blame you, when I've slept badly, all bets are off. Well done on being under today. Take it easy on yourself x

WreckTangled · 30/07/2019 07:22

0.8lb up Sad hopefully be down tomorrow. Didn't drink enough yesterday.

WreckTangled · 30/07/2019 07:35

Actually just 0.2 up...Grin

Not2bObvious · 30/07/2019 08:52

Great number of steps curvy, I squeezed out just shy of 13,000 with great effort yesterday.
I slept last night but not well, awake since 5am, so I got up at 5.30 and did some jogging on the spot for 40 mins. Nearly 4,500 between that and walking back/forth in work. Still no weigh in, tomorrow maybe

I thought I would do more steps while in London. Only 10800 today. Not tracking good but making good choices

Not2bObvious · 30/07/2019 22:19

I’m not going to hit my 10,000 today and I’m ridiculously annoyed to not get my star on my Fitbit app - totally childish I know. Wasn’t well today with a dodgy stomach and did well to squeeze just over 9,200. In bed now and with people downstairs below my room I’m not too comfortable matching on the spot for a while.
Hope you’re having fun in London life

0.2 down and 0.1 above last weeks average so hopefully see a loss this week.

WreckTangled · 01/08/2019 06:50

.4 up and I had a good food day yesterday. I did have a g&t though could that be it?

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/08/2019 08:07

Not sure wreck.

Eating loads here. Felt blurgh after dinner at planet Hollywood and a sickly millionaire shortbread bar.
Not gonna worry until next week.

Wolfcubisthefemalenominal · 01/08/2019 08:11

2lb on. Two carby days

Not2bObvious · 01/08/2019 08:14

Faced the scales and I’m the same weight as last Thursday. Seems about right and probably better than I deserve. Managed a very quick 25 minutes of weights but had to reduce my weights by a third, between tiredness & an achy back thought it would be counter productive to overdo it. Nevertheless I got it done son😉
Flux has no justification, it’s just a suck fest

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 01/08/2019 10:21

That's not too bad not. You are going through the mill a bit at the moment.

Not2bObvious · 01/08/2019 10:55

Thanks life, I’m quite relieved to be honest, I was a bit scared of a gain. No shame in a maintain as they say. I got out what I put in, I’m good with that

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 01/08/2019 14:34

Exactly, maintain is totally fine until you get your head straight again.

WreckTangled · 02/08/2019 06:54

0.8 down from yesterday. Pleased I didn't record it. 0.4 down from Wednesday and average the same as last week. I'm happy with that because I've been eating what I like as I'm going low carb from next week so making the most of it Grin

Not2bObvious · 02/08/2019 07:10

Up 1 today so average up by .3 - it may be better by the end of the week or v likely worse. Long weekend here & dinner out tomorrow night. I’m going to have to resign myself to no losses in August, a maintain of post (first) holiday weight gain seems realistic. With just under 2 weeks to go, I gotta focus on not letting myself go into holiday mode too early. Full on holiday mode I mean, not half assed diet mode I’m in now. On a positive note all my holiday clothes are stretchy so I won’t run the risk of cutting off my circulation.
Well done wreck, was the low carb something you planned around your diabetes? Sorry can’t quite remember.

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 02/08/2019 07:18

Yes the low carb will purely be for the diabetes and I wouldn't do it otherwise. It's going to be tough but worth a try. Basically you give insulin to cover any carbs you eat and if you don't eat carbs you don't need any. Synthetic insulin is OK but not great so if you don't eat carbs you shouldn't get the highs and lows you get when you do. Will see how it goes.

Not2bObvious · 02/08/2019 07:21

Absolutely worth a go, best of luck with it

0.4 down. Today we're off to the races though, have attached the menu. There'll be free drinks too. I won't be making good choices Grin

Have fun though wreck.

Braved the scales. Wasn't pretty. I'm going back to 1600 and see how I go with the binge control.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/08/2019 07:38

That menu looks lush too

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/08/2019 07:54

Changed the battery in the scales and put 4.5 lb on. Argh. Probably accurate given how I feel. Although I have had a cuppa which is a lb or 2.
