Today was okay calorie wise although i ate some really crap food, im feeling particularly snacky as mother nature is due to strike.
I had pizza bagels for brunch (bagel thin, tomato puree, cheese)
Then had some instant noodles before at around 2 so i was starving at work.
In between that had a mini creme egg and 3 of the choc orange things i mentioned yesterday.
Dinner was better. Chicken stir fry with rice noodles for me, a jelly and a dairy milk little bar for afters. And a diet coke.
3 litres of water today and 11200 steps. Exercise today on top of walking was having a massive clear out of all the toys in the kids room. Every box/toy got brought down the stairs while ds2 was napping, sorted and taken back up. I was knackered after carrying loads up and down the stairs.
Goals tomorrow...
