Mental energy makes me hungry too wolf. How did the exam go? Lots of Apple juice, veg and raspberry for you magnums don't count and water

Got 13700 steps yesterday but not sure how. Food was not a good day.

You and your magnums life😬 I actually went searching for a raspberry magnum yesterday, couldn’t track one down & had to make with an almond one. I got just over halfway through and realised I wasn't enjoying it anymore so binned it. Better in the bin than on my bum! You’re now 128lb? That is fab, weren’t you 135lb not long ago?

Just back from an hours jog/walk so I’ve 8,500 steps in the bank. Managing to stick to my increased cals quite well. Scales was only up .8 yesterday despite the flight. I haven’t weighed in for today yet, but if it’s up a bit it’ll be salt or carb bloat from last nights pizza.
zebra honestly don’t be concerned by 1lb up, you’re consistently doing amazing - it’ll be fluid etc. Fluctuations are a scurge but part of a weighloss journey.
happier I think you’re so disciplined, no excuses you’re getting it done - most people would use their birthday to take the week off.

Stil 160.8, very pleased with that. Average is 160.3, was 160.2 last Sunday so no biggie.

Today won't be great food wise as I'm so tired.

Toast with butter (2 slices)

Hot cross bun (I now have four different flavours Grin)

Dinner is oven food.

Didn't buy any chocolate when I was food shopping because, quite frankly, I can't be trusted with it Grin

Sorry I will stop mentioning them. I was 135 when I rejoined in January.
I'm never going to be as thin as some look. I'm ok as I am. Best shape of my life, had two large kids and in my 40s. I see lots of wins there.
I was to be fit and not get menopause spread when that hits. I'm never going to be able to lift heavy weights as some to cos that's not prolapse friendly.
That's all ok. It had taken me a lot to come to terms with that though.

I was inspired by all this talk of magnums & had a double caramel one for my movie night treat.
B: bacon medallion sandwich
L: beef & tiger prawn stirfry with noodles in a gorgeous gastropub le yum
D: paprika chicken with sun dried tomato cous cous & green beans
Was in a car most of the day so caught up with a 30 min run when I came home but I'm still working on my water 💦

My average weight this week is 1.1lb down. I'm only up half a pound this morning despite the Chinese and junk say yesterday so I'm confident it'll be off by Tuesday.

Going spinning in a sec so tired and it's raining.

Happier your dinner sounded nice

I did it! 💪🏽 felt like I really pushed myself today, last week I felt like I was slacking a bit. Just going to have my protein flapjack before going home where I'm going to try and do the yoga with Adrienne abs work out as that's the area I really need to work on.

14st is 11 & 7/8 so that’s all the bloat gone plus another 1lb and 6lb in total gone since we started. Wooo

However I do have to say there is a reasonable chance that that extra pound has only gone because I made myself extremely beer sick 🤢 yesterday. On the plus side whilst the rooms are still spinning and my stomach feels like someone has used it as a punch bag, I have no desire to eat today!

I’m actually my lightest in a long time today 158.6 - thrilled to bits, nearly makes my hangover feel manageable. Dying here and it’s hot, ouf, long time to bedtime. Flying home tomorrow, I may get my sh*t together
I’ve not got time to waste. I mustn’t be too bad though cause I could eat
