Back on it today. Walk to and from work. Missed the gym but will make up Thursday. Food all tracked and within cals and macros

Nice one life, feels good to be back in control. I totally crashed & burned after my early morning run, wrecked & 2,500 steps left to get. I see some marching on the spot in my future😩

I had couscous thanks for the idea happier had loads for less calories than pasta too. Seem to still have 400 calories left might have underestimated. Will have some skyr later if I'm hungry.

31 cals left & 1g protein to hit fibre smashed & tomorrows food planned out. Going to go over cals tomo having birthday cake 🍰 Dc would be bereft if I didn't have a cake for my birthday Grin

Going to run 5k again tomorrow morning as out for dinner so won't make the gym

Well done on new lowest weight, I was up during the night ahem to go to toilet, so I thought I might see a new lower weight this morning but it wasn't to be. Average down 0.3 from last week and hopefully I'll see the lower weight tomorrow.

That’s great wreck, lowest weight even after last week - that was a bit off your normal routine yes? Well done. I’m back to Sunday’s average, weight is very bloody sticky for me. If there’s such a thing as a whoosh I could do with it around now to keep me focussed. On the treadmill for 40 mins this morning so over 8,000 steps already.
Sounds like you’ve a lovely food day ahead happier, hope you thoroughly enjoy your day. My kids enjoy my birthday more than me haha!

I'm doing a workout towards steps today. Will miss tomorrow as in London but back to weights Friday. Not sure about Sunday as on 12.10 to Bristol for 5 fucking hours.

Thanks everyone. I think last week eating what I want was kind of my maintaining allowance of calories. I never have massive portions and even though I had, for example, cake mid morning, I still hadn't had breakfast etc.

Only being impatient wreck, I am losing, just slowly - and there’s reasons for that. I’m a greedy lump and my average is probably closer to 1900 than 1700 over the week due to a couple of blips. There’s a very slim chance I might be going away for a few days, if that happens I may say goodbye to losses for the next couple of weeks. If I don’t go away I’ve more chance I’ll get the few pounds off for the Easter break. That’ll help with the disappointment if I can’t go away.

126lb exactly this morning! I haven't got anything for lunch ready today so might buy something. If my sugar levels don't drop (which they shouldn't) I might try a day of no carbs. That way I can tell how well my background insulin is working as I won't need an extra insulin for food.

160 exactly this morning. That’s grand, I’m (fingers x’ed) away til Monday now so I shall aim to be 160 next Thursday, maintenance is the plan or minimal gains. Flying always sends my body crazy, so I need to not flip out when I see the scales. I’ll increase my cals by 500 for the time away, so it’s going to be light breakfast/lunch and relaxed dinner....and drinks😉
Planning a swift run on the treadmill after the school run to get a few steps in the bag before I start travelling

It was delicious and I couldn't believe the size of the cake I got for €4 no wonder the nation is overweight!!

I had a little gain this morning following cake & meal out(goats cheese salad and brown bread though Hmm) but my average is still at last weeks so it's all good. I'm feeling a bit crampy too, even though I had something that way last week too Hmm

My average is the same too happier, I think that is a good sign 3 more weigh ins to go and you could easily have a loss. How’s the drop in cals going?
Just over 12,000 steps, about to leave!!! Eek so excited, allowing myself 2300 as I eat around 1800-1900 and lose a small bit - this should be fine
