I have to say I love the Linda McCartney veggie ones for a sausage sandwich, 140 for 2, 16gr protein & 4.6 fibre. And only around €2 for 6. I must keep an eye out for loughnanes.
Followed your lead on a protein shake this morning happier as I up to 90, powder/milk/Pb powder/Greek yog/Tesco all bran - 373 cals and 54gr protein - boom!

By the way I started a new thread and put May at the end of it:

Are we up for a new month and a positive mindset?

54g protein wow!!

I read something recently about our bodies only being able to process a certain amount of protein per meal & I promptly forgot it because that's just another complication I don't need!

I'm having the Heinz creations chipotle style beans with chicken & steamfresh veg for lunch so will get a hit of 56g protein & 14g fibre there Grin

Definitely up for another month Grin
