That sounds like some shake happier, it’s great when you get a decent shop in that you know covers you nutritionally. I think I might need to cut back on the bread, I ate 6 slices yesterdayBlush

I weigh less fully clothed on my work scales than I do on my scales at home. I don't trust them at all!

Happierwithouthim · 30/04/2019 11:41

Yep. My meals will be good so it's only exercise I need to tie in then!

Wreck Grin

Not2bObvious · 30/04/2019 12:20

I know self praise is no praise but feeling proud of myself. Lots of free cakes with pots of cream in the canteen here, email sent telling people to fill their boots. I just completely ignored and kept away, all gone now so no temptation. I’m also aware of pride going before a fall but honestly I was tempted (be ready for a post this evening when I attack the remaining Easter eggs😉)

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 30/04/2019 12:20

Honestly I was not tempted

zebrarobot · 30/04/2019 14:07

Maybe time for some new scales wreck ?

Not well done on resisting temptation! My work is the same always giving out crisps sweets or cakes, and always make an effort with different cultural events throughout the year as well so there is always food going round! Ive learned to just ignore it now as well

Happierwithouthim · 30/04/2019 14:33

I guess I'm blessed not to have a workplace with temptation like that, we do have some icecreams in the freezer but other than that zilch!

Well done not2

Not2bObvious · 30/04/2019 14:41

These days it’s not so bad but my previous job was terrible! Packets & packets of biscuits, cakes every other day, so so hard. I think I might have a nice hot cross bun as my evening treat tonight, that’s what’s appealing to me right now. Toasted with a little real butter....drool

OP posts:
WreckTangled · 30/04/2019 14:46

Well done not!

Zebra I haven't had them long! Must change the batteries and see if that helps. Can you get home sales calibrated anywhere I wonder.

Not2bObvious · 30/04/2019 15:00

If they are consistent wreck - then the point is they’re out by a specific amount. Do you know what I mean? How about the doctors scales, was that out much? Your goal is very much physique based wasn’t it, so would it matter if the scales said a number but you felt you still had too much tummy? Definitely start measuring as well

WreckTangled · 30/04/2019 16:01

I don't know what the DR's one was she didn't let me see Hmm I do know what you mean and I know it probably shouldn't bother me as much as it does. I need to lose fat though. I had fat hips and a fat belly and I'm well aware that you can't spot reduce fat so the only way I'll get rid of it is by losing weight Grin

I'm not exercising today I'm really tired and just can't be bothered.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/04/2019 17:15

Not is right I think as long as you weight on the same scales you will be ok.
Defo take measurements too.
All macros hit, steps hit and fbw done. -boom

Not2bObvious · 30/04/2019 18:30

Well it’s safe to say the doms have arrived, I’ll need a crane to get me out of the bed tomorrow

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 30/04/2019 19:09

Ouch.

I think totm has arrived. I'm a bit grouchy and hungry. The pan was bubbling in an irritating way earlier

Not2bObvious · 30/04/2019 19:59

Yeah, say you’re right life, when inanimate objects cause the rage - it’s likely the joy of totm is imminent!
I remembered something that pissed me off last Tuesday, I did a quick weigh in before I left and I was 166.6 - so the fact I’m 163.2 today is really good.
Hit my macros, just over 13,000 steps, may or may not get 15,000

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/04/2019 20:21

It was just fucking bubbling with the wrong, annoying noise, bastard Bolognese.......

Grin
WreckTangled · 30/04/2019 21:02

I was doing well. Then I binged. Ffs.

Two rice crispy cakes
A twirl
A mini chocolate roll.

🤦🏽‍♀️

Happierwithouthim · 30/04/2019 22:23

I was irritated this evening when I find only one sausage left in my pack of loughnanes skinny sausages & discovered au pair fed then to dc, in reflection she didn't know there's loads of normal sausages in freezer for dc

I ate the remaining one in a slimster to find off my cals & it was unreal 😉
Sausage sandwich & loss weight 😂

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/05/2019 06:36

That is irritating happier.

Today will be a challenge. Lunch out. Chicken gougons and a beef burger seen to be the least damaging

WreckTangled · 01/05/2019 06:50

Weight up 0.2lb. Not surprised still annoyed with myself although before that binge I still had 400 cals left so shouldn't have been over that much?

Anyway today will be hard. Have to sit in training alllllllll day. Will take loads of healthy snacks, water and coffee. Will try to exercise once I'm home but might have to do it when everyone else is eating dinner 🤔

Not2bObvious · 01/05/2019 07:08

Down 1.2 this morning - hallelujah! 162 and very pleased. Shame about the sausages happier, my kids think my low fat sausages taste like rubber (from Aldi, think they’re similar? Around 47 cals each?) so they’d been safe here. I like them despite them being a bit chewy - but tell me about yours maybe they’re much nicer? Mine have decent protein too - over 6 grams
.2 is 90 grams wreck, it’s just a bit of food/fluid in your system. It’s the weight of a very small apple. Speaking of beige food I’m having a treat of beige dinner, sausage in batter with a small portion of oven chips & curry sauce. Around 400 cals 😋 I’ll have to get my nutrition in earlier

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 01/05/2019 08:47

@not I bought the loughnanes ones first 80cals brilliant, then did the switch to aldi ones, and your dc are correct they're horrible. Loughnanes are €3 for 6 on offer but well worth it for almost 11g protein and one is enough for a sausage sandwich as they're jumbo. They also do a chicken, sundried tomato and mozz sausage it's nice for sausage stew type meal.

What sausage do you buy? I only have them every few weeks.

Ooh beige dinner! I'm having steak & chips & pepper sauce after a nice long run with a friend this evening.

Scales 156.3 - down from 157.2 last two days so average only dropped 0.1 Wink

wreck are you feeling better about your shape & your health? Don't get bogged down in the scales xx

Happierwithouthim · 01/05/2019 08:47

Where's jam? @justanothermile

WreckTangled · 01/05/2019 09:00

I miss jam too.

Not really happier all I can see in the mirror is my belly! My arms are looking good though 💪🏽

Happierwithouthim · 01/05/2019 10:22

My belly is reducing but arms not so much & sleeveless top in a month Sad first time ever my arms have gone soft.

Rowing machine is being included in every gym session for next 4 weeks
