Enjoy your trip Not!

Wow Wreck well done.

Happier the cake sounds delicious!

Yesterday was a good day here. Ended on just over 12k steps and food came in around calorie target of 1700.

I was wondering though - does anyone notice changes to their weight when they have their period? On monday (my usual weigh day) i weighed in at 18st 10lbs. Period arrived monday night. Every day since ive been 1lb heavier despite extra steps and staying within cals on MFP. I checked back to last month and my period ended on a monday so i weighed in and had lost 2.5lbs that week. Im hoping its the same this Monday coming, maybe its water or something. Ive felt bloated the whole week so that's probably why but since ive weighed every day ive noticed it's higher than it was for no apparent reason. Might leave the scales alone until Monday now actually.

Happierwithouthim · 28/02/2019 12:25

I'm different to that zebra I hold water up to the day it arrives and then I've a drop

WreckTangled · 28/02/2019 12:31

Gave into carbs. M&S Ham sandwich and mini chocolate bar. I'm on the mini pill so no 'real' periods.

Happierwithouthim · 28/02/2019 17:34

Saw this & thought of you wreck

WreckTangled · 28/02/2019 17:46

🤣🤣🤣 but if I eat any more I don't lose weight!

Happierwithouthim · 28/02/2019 17:52

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/02/2019 17:54

Over on calories and didn't hit protein.
Have kept in the water and will get over 10k steps.
Not too bad for 5 hours on a train

WreckTangled · 28/02/2019 18:12

Dinner was pesto pasta with broccoli, tomatoes and some cheese. Weighed it all out and have 190 calories left. Am pretty full though (pasta bloat).

Happierwithouthim · 01/03/2019 06:27

So February's drop in weight loss average is 2.5lbs

WreckTangled · 01/03/2019 07:00

Another 0.6lb off. Finally seeing an 8 on the scales. Not sure it'll last as having Chinese tonight Grin

zebrarobot · 01/03/2019 07:23

Morning
Well done on losses today. Jealous of your Chinese Wreck.

Scales still up 1lb today despite being under calories and a workout yesterday too. Not sure if my period is the cause but going to leave the scales alone until Monday and just keep doing what im doing. Will do a kettlebell workout each day too.

Justanothermile · 01/03/2019 07:32

Morning.

Been awol for a week or so as work is pretty stretched and training is in full volume mode. I shall contribute fully hence forth!

Yesterday.
Toast with peanut butter and a banana.
Eggs on toast.
Veggie enchiladas and salad.
Couple of falafel, few crisps, half a pack of spinach.

Pt session - core and arms, two runs (5.6 miles and 3 miles, early morning, late afternoon).

Today is track work day - 400m reps.

I'm sleeping well at present. And actually pretty proud of how my body is coping with the volume, it's not letting me done so I'm looking after the bugger in appreciation.😁

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/03/2019 08:21

I'm stuck but haven't been giving 100% and refuse to go down to 1400.
Will go for damage limitation next week with my travel food scales and back to it from next Thursday.

WreckTangled · 01/03/2019 12:15

Blueberry hot cross bun for lunch. Soooo tasty. Have just had the one but tempted to eat the other one 😬 trying to save myself for he Chinese though!

Happierwithouthim · 01/03/2019 14:04

Does your scales need new batteries zebra?

Life* life would not be worth living on 1400 cals you eat very good food as it is, I spied on your mfp during the week

Someone asked about my cals this week. It was my birthday so that definitely affected it Grin Yesterday I was time poor, ate actifry chips in car on way to activity so as not to feel deprived when dc had Burger King & I had a Texas B.B.Q. Chicken Sandwich there & a 15g green & blacks bar when I got home. Fibre macro hit but not protein & water goals.

I'm ok with reduction I think.

Jam you're doing incredibly well

zebrarobot · 01/03/2019 16:02

Happier I only changed them at the beginning of the year. Ive tested them by putting my 6kg kettlebell on them and they are spot on so i think it's me.

Have dropped my cals a little but im already eating a 700 cal deficit according to what the nhs site says i should eat to mantain my weight so i should lose. Did my kettlebell workout today too and some cardio yesterday. I should be losing so thinking its extra water or something .

Wreck im drooling at the blueberry hot cross bun

Food today ..
Shreddies and skimmed milk for breakie

Veggie quesadilla for lunch with salad

Dinner will be pepperoni pasta with a bit of garlic bread

Happierwithouthim · 01/03/2019 16:04

Was worth asking zebra oh well.

Justanothermile · 01/03/2019 17:54

life 1400 must be too low. Please don't do that my lovely.

Justanothermile · 01/03/2019 17:57

Food today.

Peanut butter on toast and a banana.
Coronation veg sandwich and some veggies. Grapes. Bit of dark chocolate.
Tonight will be stir fry I think and we've tons of food in to use.
No snacks today.

Track session, 10 x 400 reps on tired legs, about five miles in total.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/03/2019 18:45

I would be a right grump on 1400 I wouldn't inflict that in anyone Grin
I will get back to weights after Bristol.
Let's face it I'm stuck at 128lb which is a cushy place to be.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/03/2019 18:46

Thanks happier. It does tend to be a bit samey as I lose macros if I try to change too much as 1500 is not loads.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/03/2019 18:46

Although yesterday and today were not good

Wolfcub · 01/03/2019 19:06

Hi all. With study an exams this has not been a perfect week, who knew listening and using your brain could make your stomach rumble like a train, but I have tried. Will see the damage/or not on Sunday.
Slight added problem is that my dear old back is being a bugger and I have been taking painkillers every day which means I am ehhem backed up Blush this is not helping either the weight or the shape of my stomach
