Sorry Horace

WreckTangled · 22/02/2019 09:53

I don't like any ice cream really. But I LOVE those magnums!

Wolfcub · 22/02/2019 09:56

Friday’s unofficial weigh in and it looks like I’m on for either stay the same or a small loss which given its half term would be great. Hopefully I won’t have undone that by Sunday.

Wolfcub · 22/02/2019 16:34

Food so far

Sushi, edamame beans, some sort of custard thing between pancakes (185 cals in the latter).

Not sure about dinner. Probably pizza a la freezer

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/02/2019 17:20

Food glorious food, I'm eating lots of it.
While I'm in the mood, no stepping is happening,
Just thinking of growing fat, that's me in a minute.

zebrarobot · 22/02/2019 18:45

I had an unofficial weigh in this morning and down 1lb although it was after i had drank a fair bit of water and about 3000 steps on the school run so not sure if its accurate. Proper weigh in on Mon.

Today's food has been kinda carby.

B - bagel thin with 2 sausages and some brown sauce

L - ham salad roll with some light salad cream followed by a jam teacake

Dinner will be a chicken curry with cauli rice for me and a couple of poppadoms. Its a recipe i found online for madras curry and it is so spicy i cant wait. Love a spicy curry.

For afters i have a kinder ice cream sandwich i got from asda today. Only 92cals. Maybe some popcorn too. Definitely a diet coke.

Just over 9k steps so far today but havent fit in my workout and cant really be bothered now oops 😬

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2019 07:41

I've totally lost it.
I will get my big girl pants out of the wash for Monday.

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2019 07:48

It’s a tough week for dieting with the kids off life, and you’d been poorly too before that hadn’t you? If you feel up to it, draw the line here and now. You don’t have to do everything perfect but maybe even getting your water in and hitting your cals. The start Monday mentality is responsible for a good chunk of my gut!
I inadvertently managed to stick to cals yesterday, the fact around half came from wine is pretty bad but hey, I had a laugh (family over for late lunch and kids played) Thought I’d be ropey today but I slept a good straight 8.5 hours which is amazing! Not sure what I’ll do today, possible the treadmill. Cut out 1 meal and have brunch and then a steak for dinner. I should do weights but I’m scared of the DOMsBlush

Completely forgot I had some crisps, adding them in I was about 130 over. Not too bad. Scales has shot up 1.6lb overnight, my average is now around .7 down on last week with 1 day to go.

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2019 08:25

You are right not. I will track food today. Haven't weighted but one day will be fine.
Yes I have been unwell and on my own all week.
Big girl pants on

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2019 08:28

Good woman life, there’s something to be said from wrestling back the control from ourselves - there’s truth in the saying we can be our own worse enemy. Hope today goes good

Very quiet here today, hope everyone’s having a good one? Just waiting for my steak to cook, starving altogether. Over 18,500 steps through walk/treadmill/walk.

I'm just too ashamed to post Grin back to it Monday promise! Will be spinning tomorrow morning though

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 23/02/2019 20:29

Evening all.
Thank you not for the new thread

Got back from Edinburgh on Thursday, also ds2 14th birthday.
Sorted out house ready for Monday, will weigh tomorrow and be back on it!
I ate lots of lovely food in Edinburgh, so am expecting a rise on the scales.

Hope you are all doing fine.

zebrarobot · 23/02/2019 22:49

Hope you had fun in Edinburgh Curvy.

Im here Not. Just checking in for today.

Had a pretty good one. Hit cals dead on, steps around 7600. Not great but we had a lazy day today doing loads of crafty bits with ds1.

Working all day tomorrow so steps won't be great either but will do a workout once im home. Ive got my lunch for tomorrow all ready to go though so at least I shouldnt be tempted by the canteen.

WreckTangled · 24/02/2019 07:53

Going spinning in a minute. Got my new padded cycling leggings on Grin I have a seat cover but always feel like I'm slipping off. I'm starving but can't eat before going. Am looking forward to my protein flapjack afterwards 😋

WreckTangled · 24/02/2019 08:12

My car was frozen solid 🥶

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/02/2019 08:13

I'm back tracking food this morning. Although going to pub for Sunday lunch today for a birthday.
And tomorrow there will be baked goods for my leaving the team for a bit.
I haven't put enough yoghurt on my breakfast. #FWP

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/02/2019 08:13

Enjoy spinning wreck

Not2bObvious · 24/02/2019 08:24

Well done for going spinning wreck, you reminded me of when I used to do 6am boot camps and the car would be frozen solid, rushing around trying to defrost it to get there in time. Protein flapjack sounds yum, homemade or bought?
I think a Sunday roast is one of the best macro friendly meals life, I usually go for a half portion and have most of my plate veg.
I love Edinburgh curvy, haven’t been in a few years but it’s such a great city. I’m sure you’ll be back on track in no time.
I think 7600 steps is pretty decent for a quiet day, and sticking to your cals even better. The longer I’m home the more likely I am to snack.

So my weekly average is down to 160.2 from 161. I have a target of 1.2 a week in advance of my Easter holiday so I’m slightly off. I’ll just write it all down & aim to work harder on ironing out the creases

Not2 bought. I don't like nuts so took me ages to find one but I love the trek bars pricey but worth it

lifelongfrugaleer · 24/02/2019 08:26

I'm going for meat and vegetables mostly. No scales but it will be fine as probably won't eat much later.

Not2bObvious · 24/02/2019 08:54

Sounds like a good plan life, yeah it’s a good meal for filling you up.
Lying in bed contemplating what to do. I’ve only 7,000 steps to go to hit my weekly target of 105,000 but I’ll have to do at least 10,000 to get my star in my Fitbit app (big child)

Wolfcub · 24/02/2019 09:29

2lb gain. This is since Friday so it’s beer, pizza and Chinese food weight and it will most likely fall off again next week when there will be no drinking and no shite food

Happierwithouthim · 24/02/2019 09:31

For midterm weigh in I'm ok with this.
Took both scales away with me & while I went over on calories every day except yesterday was tracked. I'm going to input it today though
