Wolf you enjoyed or needed all of it.
Myself & my sis polished off two bottles of wine last night & I also had a can of orchard thieves Grin

Not2bObvious · 24/02/2019 10:30

That’s great going happier - so close to getting a 159’ish average, next week for sure.
Those 2lb will melt off wolf, I’m sure half of it’s just bloat.
I’m writing all my facts & figures in my new notebook I bought on Monday. It’s really helping me, got to keep doing it now

Morning all.
Weigh in this morning 79.6kg, so I've lost a bit, which I was really surprised about, considering I ate loads of food and I drank quite a bit of alcohol, which I don't usually do, so pretty happy with that!

Happierwithouthim · 24/02/2019 15:35

Sounds like we're all doing quite well & being realistic with midterm

Not2bObvious · 24/02/2019 17:45

Dragged myself up and got a bit over 15,000 steps done so that’s something at least. But damn it’s hard to do in a batch, 20 jog minute to shops, 35 minute walk and then 40 minutes on the treadmill while waiting for dinner to cook. I hope it means I’ll get a good sleep tonight, Sunday’s typically are a bad sleep night

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 24/02/2019 21:30

Stayed at home today so only done 547 steps, but did do lots of housework.
Food today
B- coffee and jam on toast
L- wasn't very hungry so had crisps and some chocolate
D- roast dinner

Wolfcub · 25/02/2019 06:15

According to the evil scales I’ve put on another 2 pounds since yesterday. Hmph

lifelongfrugaleer · 25/02/2019 06:30

Stood on the scales and didn't like it. Back tracking today. WFH so will have piss poor steps

WreckTangled · 25/02/2019 06:47

Oh no wolf maybe you just...need the loo BlushGrin

My weight is the same as last Monday which I'm pretty pleased with considering it was half term. Back to it today. Working so steps will be low.

Lunch:

Curried sweet potato soup

Dinner:

Bacon quiche with potato salad (with bacon and red onion as it's the only way the dc will eat it!) and salad.

Not2bObvious · 25/02/2019 08:02

I’m a pound heavier than I was on Friday, I think by now we can all agree Monday morning can be a bad weigh in day. Usually takes me to Wednesday to see a drop in weight, in fact only a pound heavier than Friday is pretty good. I used to be 3-4lbs up. Lying in bed but need to get moving, ugg

3lbs down this morning. Thats 1 stone 10lbs gone

SW 20st 6.8lbs
CW 18st 10lbs

Was a bit worried this week as i did no exercise at all and TOTM came last night so worried i would be retaining some water but happy with the result. Cant wait to hit the 2stone mark

Happierwithouthim · 25/02/2019 08:12

I'm waiting for the post wine bloat to show on scales but so far it hasn't Hmm

Zebra well done

Gym gear in car, grocery shop will be done first when I finish work.
Dc & I are all happy to be back to routine but we had a great mini break

Not2bObvious · 25/02/2019 09:47

You are doing so great zebra, it won’t be long until you get that 2 stone off. Your diet is probably better so you aren’t retaining fluid as much do totm isn’t a concern. Or you might have lost even more & fluids masking it. Regardless that’s a fab lost, nearly a quarter of a stone.
In work now, only here for 4 hours. Lots of steps to get, only 1250 so far

zebrarobot · 25/02/2019 11:29

Thanks everyone. Still surprised with my progress so far and how fast its coming off. I know this will slow down but its really keeping me going. Lovely weather here too today. Feels like spring. Ive been out running errands all morning since school run and also went to Aldi. Now ds2 is asleep in the car and im sat outside the health centre waiting for DH to get his stitches out of his knee after his op. Steps ok so far 3136, although i think my fitness tracker is on the way it as im charging it but its still showing the battery half full. Hoping it keeps going a little while as i had promised myself a fitbit once i hit 2 stone - the current one is just an argos cheapie, about £25 it was but only got it on NYE so may take it back if it conks out on me.

Hope you all have a fab day. I might log my food for today later on tonight.

Not2bObvious · 25/02/2019 16:15

Well it’s very clear your efforts are paying off zebra - good for you😉
Lovely day here, I’ve been to work, been to a gorgeous park near there for a brisk 30 minute walk - then the rush home to dump the car & collect my dd from school. Back home to do a couple of hours more work and I think I’m done now. Dinner is chilli made on Saturday so I’m kinda footloose for a while. Hmmm what to do🤔

Food today:

Soup for lunch

Dinner was quiche (bought), crushed potatoes with bacon and red onion, lettuce, carrots sticks and humous. Had some 85% chocolate for after.

Well within calories.

Wolfcub · 25/02/2019 20:37

That’s brilliant zebra well done

Breakfast bar
Noodle bowl a la Wreck and Jelly
Couple of chocolates provided by colleague
Shepherds pie
Cheesecake (fed by parents )

zebrarobot · 25/02/2019 22:42

Today was

Bagel with light philly from mcdonalds (in a pinch when we were out running errands after school- only used half the philly)

Stir fry veg with leftover chicken and some sweet chilli sauce

Chinese chicken curry with the mayflower sauce, 'fried rice' (cauli rice fried off with some soy sauce and spring onions) , 6 mini spring rolls and some little prawn crackers. Dinner came to 600 cals but it was so good!

Also decorated some biscuits with ds after school had one of those, just a rich tea with some icing on.

I was working this evening but still managed 8600 steps today which im pleased with. I need to get back to working out

WreckTangled · 26/02/2019 07:15

Dinner tonight is pasta. I always feel bloated and heavy afterwards but everyone in the family loves it and not sure what I could do instead. It's wholewheat and within cals so will just deal with the bloat I guess!

Happierwithouthim · 26/02/2019 09:40

Well from lunchtime on yesterday I got increasingly lazy and I sacked off the gym. Came home with shopping and made a batch of bolognese instead and watched an episode of Emmerdale when dc were in bed. I redeemed myself with a 5k this morning at 6.15am though Grin

I dropped back to 1650 cals yesterday too, will see what difference it makes to hunger and weight loss.

zebra your food sounds lovely.

wreck is it a pasta all in one dish or could you have rice/couscous with it?

WreckTangled · 26/02/2019 09:43

It's just pasta in a homemade tomato and bacon sauce. I don't think it would go with a substitute really 🤔

Not2bObvious · 26/02/2019 11:09

Morning all, great morning run happier, I did an hour and got my 10,000 steps before 8am so that’s set me up nicely for the day. Turkey curry & chips for the rest of the gang in mine tonight, I’ll have a frozen baked potato with my curry instead. You don’t get many chips in 100gr, baked potato much better value. Another beautiful day, I’ll get out for a brisk 30 at lunchtime. It’s a long day otherwise. Scales back to 159’ish, only just though - 159.8 after my run.
