For breakfast I usually have porridge - 40g oats made with water on the hob, poured over a mashed banana and 15g peanut butter. Or a bacon sandwich (in a pitta bread is a good lower calorie swap), today I had homemade hash browns (grated potato and onion, squeezed and baked) with baked beans. I made the hash brown last night and just reheated in microwave today.
Lunch in winter is usually soup, which I batch cook with whatever veg I can find in the fridge and cupboards. Carrot sticks, houmous, crisps, fruit etc. Or leftovers (I had veg curry and tarka daal today). In summer I make salads with plenty of protein in - meat or beans or nuts.
I do low calorie swaps, so low fat mince, lighter versions of things, high volume low calorie snacks like popcorn.
FYI I don't eat dairy, egg, soya or beef which is why you won't see those included. Helpful with cutting calories as a byproduct too!
