10 week vlcd

Hello,
I was wondering how much weight u fellow vlcd people have lost in the space of 10 weeks. I am planning to attend a friends wedding in 10 weeks and am attempting to loose weight. I am abit 5 stone overweight so i am desperate to loose some weight using exante till the wedding.
Looking forward to hearing your success stories.

Fessing up here - I have yet to start!!

Couldnt quite get into right frame of mind and DH was doing the cooking as I was under the weather. So, just very easy to eat what was presented.

I also have all my sachets for exante. I lost 3 stone in 3 months with Cambridge but my consultant was awful so I decided I'd do exante. I've done it now and again in the past but don't commit which is my own fault. Needing to lose the last 3 stone and I'd be an ideal weight and fit into my wedding dress. Anyone know where I can get some motivation? I'm needing to set a start date and commit! I've checked the packaging and exante holds the same vitamins as Cambridge it's just getting past the first 4 days. So pathetic I know!

I’m on day 5, it hasn’t been too hard, I’ve lost 4lb so far but I’m premenstrual now so a bit miserable. I’ve just got the shakes. I don’t like the chocolate ones, the others are ok.

I’m one of those people who lost a lot on exante a few years ago and then put it back on (due to family problems but still ) so I’m very angry at myself for doing it and am determined that I will be a healthier weight by August. I’ve got 4-5 stone to loose I will weigh myself tomorrow and start exante from the morning!

The more the merrier. The warm weather is making me crave ice lollies and ice cold sugary drinks that wont help me at all with this weight journey

Gary I have 5 stones to loose too and my birthday is in august so i would love to loose at least 3 stones by then.

I’m hungry already- I usually have breakfast when I get up but going to try and hold out until midday for my first shake. Eek!

Are you doing 16:8 along with exante Georgie?

I am hungry too but I am trying to stay positive, the more consistent we are the quicker we will all be able to loose weight.

I really don't want to be fat anymore.

I did when I did Cambridge, but it came about as I fell into Ketosis and it worked really well for me so thought I’d try that again. Is that what you’re doing?

Yay I lasted until midday! Off to have my first shake (again! How many bloody times will I start a diet)

There quite a few of us with the same weight loss goal, that should be good to keep me motivated hopefully!
Started this morning and feeling ok, weighed myself, I really do have 5 stone to loose so I’m hoping I’ll be able to stick to this for the next 5 months but at least three months. Love that quote Georgie! But resisting the food will be hard esp when I’m watching my two kids eat lollies so think that will be my new mantra!
