Plum, I run first thing, so in the week that's around 7. Weekends it's more like 8.30.
I'm doing a Couch to 10k programme, and am loving it, currently up to about 8k of a mix of runs and short walking stints. Once I've got my topiary under control I'm going to try and do more swimming. I really don't enjoy it but I feel I should do something that's for the whole body and also isn't high impact (I have 53 lb to lose!).
Morris, I'm a bit of a bore about convert to the 16:8, I feel it's working really well for me.
Yes new folk, stick with us, we're a merry band of losers (in the nicest possible way). Some of us have a long way to go, so you'll have company for a while.
