Hi I'm on day 4
I haven't read the book or got the dm cards. I've just read about it online, there's loads of sites about it.
I don't know what I weigh, no scales but I'm 5'8", had dc4 8 months ago and I'm wearing size 14-16 clothes whereas pre baby I was a baggy 12.
I have measured my bust, waist and hips and have lost 2 inches from my bust, 1 from my waist and 2.5 from my hips since Sunday.
I'm finding the bran revolting!! I too need some splenda or something.
I've been having omelettes, chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, natural yohuurts, boiled egg, steak, lots and lots of coffee, diet coke and water. No sugar in tea and coffee for the 1st time in my life and surprised how easy that is.
The only thing I am craving is chocolate!!!!
I'm planning on doing 5 days of PP and can't wait to eat something green on Friday
