Anyone else waiting for this? I am, let’s start a thread to see how we all get on. I have two stone to lose. My DH said yesterday that ‘I am a bit plump’. Upset, though it’s true.

Im on day 13 of 4mg and I have lost just short of 4kg. I think the suppression is mixed and definitely wears off late afternoon. It helps me to fast (16/8) and cravings for sweet things and carbs are less.

I take mine at 5.30am or 6.00am and then go back to sleep. I’m wondering whether I should be staying upright/sitting after taking it. I could take it later when I wake up properly but like to have a tea or at least a big glass or water. There seem to be mixed messages about whether it is important to stay upright. What does everyone else do ?

I have been taking it when I get up for a pee too. It possibly isn't optimal but waiting for my first coffee is very much not optimal either.

I do the same, take it about 5am and go back to sleep. It works perfectly well. I do try and keep in the same position as, in my imagination, I feel it has to sit against the stomach wall for a while in one place to absorb. That’s just my own modification though with no basis in science!

End of week 2 on 4mgs and I'm really disappointed to report that I have gained a pound after losing five and a half pounds last week. I have zero suppression again so my success with 4mgs seems to have only lasted a week. Looks like I will need to go up to 9mgs in two weeks time. I'm having to think hard about this as I am with Voy and the cost for 9mgs is an eyewatering £199! After last week I was hoping to stay on 4mgs indefinitely but it seems not. Thing is, I don't think I've done anything differently food wise so don't understand the gain at all. I'm far too old for the usual hormonal/ menstrual variations and thankfully not constipated so can't work it out.

If you look at my stats above I’ve had weeks like that, I too got annoyed but then the following week was better. My big losses tend to go more in 2 week cycles weirdly.

I'm thinking of going up to 9mg but the price is really horrifying: 209 on SheMed. I was wondering about changing around to get first month offers. Has anyone done this? Is it possible to go to Voy, then Bolt etc etc? Shemed is great at delivering quickly and I don't want to join another scheme that will maybe disrupt my progress but it is so much money and it feels kind of selfish to spend so much money just on myself each month.
Does anyone have any experience of changing ro take advantage of Introductory offers, and does anyone have any discount codes. Thank you!
