BMI 24.9 - for the first time in my adult life I'm not overweight!!!!!!!
(and I'm 62 so my adult life has been quite a long time 😂)
I want to lose a few more pounds to give myself a buffer and then start (very slowly) tapering down from 15mg.
Does this sound like a reasonable plan?
