well done @letshavetea I bet you feel amazing.
I am also still on 10mg, I did go up to 12.5mg for a bit but back down to 10mg now as I dont feel the need for 12.5mg and its using my stock up quicker!
Any pictures of your transformation?
Amazing holiday destinations!

TheChosenTwo · 05/02/2026 18:06

I’ve been a few weeks without my MJ as I had to have a weight verification call which delayed my next order! And then I was going to be away for a while so thankfully it’s coming tomorrow.
looking forward to jabbing as soon as it’s arrived!

letshavetea · 05/02/2026 18:09

Thanks @Fizzleawayyy1 I do feel pretty good. Hip and knee pain has reduced dramatically. I’m afraid I can’t post pics as some people close to me IRL don’t know I’m on MJ. One of them is on MN. I’ve used up my stock and have ordered another 10mg pen. I’ve booked a maintenance call for April. Even with my snails pace losses I should be near goal by then! I’d like to gradually go down the doses, providing I don’t put on weight!
Yes, the holidays are good this year. Four weeks until the first one.

LumionaMoonsplash · 07/02/2026 09:45

I've reached my next goal weight of 10st. This is incredible for me, I haven't been this weight since my mid teens.

Oct 23 SW (Phentermine): 15st 5lbs size 20 Bra 40G
Oct 24 SW (MJ): 13st 5lbs size 16 Bra 38E
Current: 10st size 10-12. Bra 32E
5ft4 hourglass (in Perimeno)

I've been a slow loser and I am tapering down, counting clicks on my 10mg pens, currently at 5mg (30 clicks) every 10 days.

I'm really enjoying Vinted and still shocked that I fit into a size 10 top. I was 14 when I last fit into a size 10. I'm slowly investing into some better quality clothing after the last few years of shein/ primark clothes whilst I cycled from size 20 to 10. I may add some pics if I'm feeling brave.

Histoscientist · 07/02/2026 14:32

Hello all, lovely to hear from you. Feel like real life has been piling the pressure on me, work stress, car issues, family unwell and started a work related qualification few weeks ago with lots studying to do this weekend..🙈😩
Anyway such is life. I've got 1 more dose of 1.7mg wegovy to go then ill go back to mj. I have had days of being strict and limiting carbs but it's a lot harder on W, I have more or less maintained my lowest weight though. Have cleared it with my prescriber and they suggested starting back at 7.5mg not 10mg which was my last dose. I've told them I have a 10mg pen left from August and they don't seem fazed by it.
SW 13st 1lbs 83kg bmi 32.8
CW 9st 1.4lbs 57.8kg bmi 22.8

@Fizzleawayyy1 you are doing so well, working, looking after your health and having a disabled son to look after..I have a 19.5 year old cat and she sleeps most of the time so I can't complain really!

LumionaMoonsplash · 08/02/2026 11:28

Okay, feeling brave this morning 💪.
15st >>> 10st. Nov 23 to Feb 26 between these pics.

I'm so proud of all the hard work, the hours in the gym, the tasty food that I had rejected and most importantly not giving up this time.

@TheChosenTwo How does it feel to be back on MJ?! Hope its going well!

@letshavetea No worries, not long now until your first holiday, we also go away at the beginning of March but only in the UK with friends for a weekend in a caravan.

@LumionaMoonsplash You look great! Your waist looks tiny. Do you want to shift much more or are you happy now?
I also took Phentermine before and although I think its good, the effects dont last for long I find, after a month on it, it hardly worked for me. I bought a size S skirt from Zara the other day on vinted and when it come, I'm unsure if it will actually fit!

@Histoscientist Aww thanks, I have a nearly 4 year old dog too but she's the easiest one of the lot. ha ha Good luck going back to MJ, Iv debated myself going over to wegovy when I run out of the stock I have, I think I have another 3 months work and then I'm out!
I may look into the compound version😬
Starting at 7.5mg may be a good option for a couple of weeks before going up to10mg if 7.5mg isn't enough. Do you want to go any lower then you are now?

Bluenose1966 · 09/02/2026 15:25

Hi all,
@LumionaMoonsplash What a difference, love these photos, so inspiring.

I am envious of you going to Disneyworld @Fizzleawayyy1 . We have been very lucky and been too many times to count over the years but have decided as kids are now grown up we can’t justify costs at moment, would be good to go for my son’s 30th though. Plus think I may wait until Trump is gone, I still blame him for price increase of MJ😡
Maintaining my maintenance weight at 9st 4lb despite having been away on holiday last weekend.
Currently injecting 2.5mg, walking 3 miles most days and 3x weights per week.
My tummy still feels big though which I think is insulin resistance so need to reduce my carbs and chocolate treats.

My sister came off MJ beginning of December and has put well over a stone back on, she said she just can’t stop eating. She tried Wegovy for a week or two which didn’t help so went back on MJ yesterday starting at 2.5mg.
Don’t think I will bother with Wegovy and just continue to use reduced clicks from high dose MJ pen to make pen last longer and keep costs down. I would love access to a compound version but with patents etc think we are at the mercy of pharmaceutical companies for the considerable future. Hope I am wrong and if anyone ever comes across a decent one share the good news please.

TheChosenTwo · 09/02/2026 17:44

@Fizzleawayyy1 I was chomping at the bit to be back on and i‘m so happy! I don’t really experience suppression like I used to, but the food noise is a lot less there than when I wasn’t taking it for those few weeks.
ive been on 15mg for at least 6 months, I’m able to look forward to meals, not
overeat and not snack when I’m taking it.
That’s pretty much winning in my book.

Histoscientist · 09/02/2026 20:14

@Bluenose1966 @Fizzleawayyy1 with wegovy I would say you need to move over to a high enough dose and those who don't have any insulin resistance, history of prediabetes and diabetes will probably do better on it. It actually gave me really strong suppression and satiety, better than mj going from 10mg to 1.7mg. it was a month into it when mj was out of my system that I noticed the carb, junk food and sugar cravings which I had pre-mj and is a sign of high blood sugars, so I was frightened of going back to how I was. Bluenose 1-2 weeks of wegovy wouldn't have done much for your sister, though I had immediate strong suppression and satiety, it depends on dose switched to and also I found from end of week 3 it had built up even stronger and ramped up a level so I don't think your sister would've felt much doing 1-2 weeks only. I've noticed my ibs symptoms worsening, I never had any symptoms for 15 months while on mj and the first month of wegovy, even though I have been diagnosed with it for around 17 years but it's come back last few weeks, so I don't think wegovy is as good for inflammation BUT if I'm eating more carbs and junk food, it could be that.
Had I not had my previous health issues I would have 100% stayed on wegovy for maintenance as its maintained me very well, I've only wavered 0.5-1.5lbs max so it's done the job really well. Unfortunately I'm quite hungry last 2.5 weeks or so, so it's worn off and I don't see the point in going upto 2.4 when I know 7.5mg will control my blood sugars better for me probably at a similar price.
Oh well I gave it a go and saved money for 3 months!
I've been to Disneyland but not disneyworld, I've never been out of Europe.
Fizzle yes I am thinking of dropping further in weight slightly because I like how I look now and it will give me a good buffer for coming off when i gain in water. The almost 2 months diet break has been nice esp after 14.5 months of quite strict dieting and I don't know if I'll stay on mj forever because it does zap my energy, so I want to come off it so I can exercise and go out more etc.
I've just started studying for a 6 month qualification in training, but have to do it in my own time so had quite a busy weekend and it's hard when I'm tired all the time. I think I'd have to try coming off in summer.

Fizzleawayyy1 · 10/02/2026 13:00

@Bluenose1966 Iv been trying to roughly price it up and its so so dear now! I'm waiting for the meal plan offer to come out and seeing how it goes then as we spent a small fortune on food when we went last time, I would like to go for 3 weeks again but with my husbands work and being self employed we may have to settle for something like 16-18 days max as his clients will moan.
We want to do disney and universal to see the new Epic universe. We did go to disneyland CA in 2024 and have disney paris booked for this year but its not the same!😅
I see so many stories of people coming off and on it, makes me worry for when its my turn to come off! I really needs to start lowering my dose so my stash lasts longer.
I do have contacts with people in china who iv bought other peptides off before and they sale triz but so far iv never bought it but I may debate it.

@TheChosenTwo Yes a huge win, I find I feel sick a lot at the moment after I eat. So trying to eat smaller portions to combat that.

@Histoscientist I may do ok on wegovy but also afraid to switch.
Good luck with your studies! I have thought about going back to study recently but decided I just dont have it in me at this current moment, I can not be assed.
I do however think I would like a new job, nothing wrong with mine but I would like some progression and that's hard to come by in my place.

Fizzleawayyy1 · 10/02/2026 13:10

Oh god. I also found some pictures on my phone recently of myself when I was trying on dresses to attend a wedding. I cannot believe the difference or how big I was.

I found this too, I can't believe how big I used to look. The pics serve as a useful incentive for me to keep on this track.

Fizzleawayyy1 · 11/02/2026 11:05

Cant believe it, for the first time ever I AM IN THE 9s!!!! 😎I have never been in the 9s.

I am also 5lbs away from 100lbs off altogether.

I want to get down to 9st 7lbs and then I'm done. I am 5'7 so it would firmly put me in the size 8s.

Carridoesntlivehereanymore · 11/02/2026 17:25

@Fizzleawayyy1 that's fantastic!! Well done!!! And heading for 100lb lost is awesome

Carridoesntlivehereanymore · 11/02/2026 17:43

I've held at around 10st 5lbs since the middle of September and am very, very slowly titrating down. I'm hoping I can either eventually come off it altogether or else get down to a tiny well spaced out dose. Time will tell....

I wanted to lose more but I can't afford to and still look ok. What I don't understand is why I am a 10/12 at this weight, I would expect to be more 12/14. Maybe it's because vanity sizing has made the clothes bigger over time. Or maybe all my clothes used to be really baggy and over-sized but I couldn't see it. Not complaining anyway!

@LumionaMoonsplash you look wonderful! Congratulations

Ghastly starting weight pic : couldn't I at least have stood up nicely for the photo??? Current weight : #feelingtrim

Fizzleawayyy1 · 11/02/2026 20:06

Thanks everyone!! I may take a picture tomorrow for comparison.

@Carridoesntlivehereanymore You look great! we never take good pics to start as we are all so miserable in our bodies!
Well done on maintaining! I have no idea how I will handle that.

Taxiparent · 12/02/2026 08:29

Sooo, after Dec and half of Jan without anything due to operation and Xmas, I am 7lbs up. I learnt that my sweet tooth comes back with vengeance, as does my love for carbs. I have slowly gone back up the doses every 5 days and am following my levels on Shotsy. 5mg is where I am no longer thinking about food and can manage on 1350cals a day during the week, allowing more on the weekend. I am now currently maintaining. Feb is manic for birthdays and socialising, so I shall decide at the end of the month if I am going to get those pesky 7lbs off, or stay as I am. I do think everyone on here have done really well, and we are all still learning, losing definitely isn’t the hardest part, but well done everyone, keep at it!

HollyhockDays · 12/02/2026 08:33

I’ve totally plateaued on 2.5. I’m not losing but not gaining either. I need to decide if I want to lose another stone or keep where I am. I’ve realised I frequently eat when I am not actually hungry.

Taxiparent · 12/02/2026 08:37

I had that @HollyhockDays, I literally had to track my levels to find where that stopped being a problem. I think after being on the jab for so long I was lulled into a false sense of security about the effect it actually had on my eating. I thought the old me was gone, but she still needs managing. @HollyhockDays perhaps maintaining for a while might help you before a final push?

HollyhockDays · 12/02/2026 08:39

Yeah. I don’t really know what to do! I’m a size 14 and am content with that so will have to see.

Fizzleawayyy1 · 12/02/2026 17:07

from day one until today.... and I haven't stepped in the gym once😂
