That's where i normally get it from but its Out of stock!

For the last 3 months I’ve been unable to get my 15mg from them. I’ve bought from pharmacy2u instead, which is more expensive, but they’ve consistently been in stock. I am in the email alert for MM, and in 3 months I got one email saying it was back in stock, went to order within about an hour, and they’d already sold out again! It makes me very nervous to see so many places without stock of 15mg pens because I’m anxious about being left without a pen!

lickycat · 29/06/2025 10:15

Fizzleawayyy1 · 24/06/2025 14:59

My Visceral fat started at 19 but its now 8 and my stomach is fairly flat. I carry most of my weight on my hips and ass!

Oooo I didn’t notice that renphro did that!

I’m not all green yet, though lots have now turned green - how satisfying! I didn’t notice what it all was in October when I started, but I took a screenshot in December and my visceral at that point was 16. Today it’s 12. Although it’s lovely to look better, really the health benefits of MJ and weight loss are so incredible and motivating. I feel so much better and healthier.

Gilly1C · 27/06/2025 11:23

Hey all, I am looking for some help please. I want to order from a different provider however I don't have the box for my current pen which I usually take a photo of for proof. (bit of a story I took it on hols and it got binned by accident). Anyway I emailed Pharmacy2u multiple times (4 to be exact) asking for a prescription and they are totally ignoring me. Is there anything else I can use as proof like a screenshot of the order that was despatched or am I stuck with them for another month? Appreciate any advice

I think pharmacy2u say you can use a screenshot of an order email? I’ve ordered my last 3 pens from them as they seem to be the cheapest with 15mg in stock. I’ve found them very responsive, so it’s odd they’re ignoring you!

DeltaAlphaDelta79 · 29/06/2025 10:22

@Gilly1C I've never sent a photo of the box, only screenshots of my online orders.

Morning all, hope everyone enjoying the weather and I am so thankful I am 40lb lighter than last summer.
Still maintaining on my reverse dieting and eating 2,100 calories per day without much variance in weight,
Despite my cruise food(and drink) no weight gain but not pushing my luck and back to normal eating. Would definitely recommend a cruise, there were all ages on board with plenty to do. We just booked a cheap inside cabin and despite my fear of feeling claustrophobic loved it and were hardly in room of a day.

i bought Arboleaf scales from Amazon which give same data as Renoho but wouldn’t recommend as always have issues linking it to my phone when I weigh.
@Histoscientist My gym has just got all new Technogym equipment including body composition machine and the data from it was pretty much the same as on my weighing scales. Though from what I have read none of them are very accurate.
For me the best method for seeing if body fat is going down is measuring your waist regularly, especially as it is the visceral fat I am trying to reduce now.

Sure someone mentioned on here they were taking L-tyrosine for anxiety on MJ but despite doing a search can’t find it. My sister has been getting anxiety on it so wondering if it is still helping them?

Eating 120g protein a day, weight training twice per week and 3/4 mile walks with dog most days. Feeling stronger though would like to have more energy of an evening as I tend to just slob out.

Really enjoying having clothes that I feel nice and slim in, and was pleasantly surprised at photos taken of me at a family party recently where I normally try to hide behind others. Had to do a double take as wasn’t sure it was me as looked so slim and healthy 😂

Week 17 of maintenance
SW 12st 2lb
GW 9st 7lb (happy with 9st 2lb - 9st 7lb)
CW 9st 3.3lb.
Current dose 3mg every 8 days.

It was @mysticmaiden (I think??) on the previous thread. I’m catching up and I wanted to ask the same thing! I’ve been feeling quite flat, nothing serious, just a flatness. So my ears pricked when I read that.

I’ve noticed that providers are asking about HrT in the consultations now, when previously I’d have to write it in myself in a box for ‘any other meds you’re taking’. Now they’re asking specifically about HRT. I read that there’s been some effect on contraceptive pill (which doesn’t affect me anymore!) but wondering if I’ve missed some news about the effect on HRT, given it’s the same hormones. It might explain my flatness, which I’ve been ascribing to dopamine, but would fit how I felt before HRT.

lickycat · 29/06/2025 10:37

Sorry about the spamming. I’m trying to catch up after a week or so away. I haven’t mastered @HansHolbein ’s multi-tag posting!

I am going to try to remember what I wanted to ask/reply:

@Bluenose1966 i really want to do a Norwegian cruise. How was it? Any tips? I’ve never done a cruise before and I really want to see the west coast of Norway, and this sounds perfect!

@HansHolbein thanks for the new thread!

I’m still quite happy on the 15mg. Not suffering any obvious side effects. Like others have mentioned - it seems to be hit and miss with supression. I’ve taken my eye off the ball a little in the last month or so, and I’ve been very relaxed about the whole diet thing, which has meant a period of stagnation in weight loss. MJ is a wonder drug, but it can’t work by itself! So I’m back from holiday with a new resolve to get back to some healthier habits. What was the mantra? Nutrition-movement-hydration. Going to plan some lovely healthy meals for the week (shock to the system after eating out on holiday every meal). And heading to the gym now!

I'm still slowly losing though (how’s @recklessgran getting on??) and today, despite eating out every meal on holiday, hit the 2.5 stones off mark! It’s true - slow consistent loss does add up! My average is 1lb per week.

Have a great Sunday everyone.

DeltaAlphaDelta79 · 29/06/2025 11:51

@lickycat we did a Norwegian fjords cruise with P and O a couple of years ago. I don't want to derail this thread too much, but we absolutely loved it. Have done a cruise before and a couple since. It's easy to eat and drink too much, especially if you have the drinks package but lots of walking in ports can help offset it, plus there is a gym on board and plenty of sporty activities if you want. I absolutely recommend it.

Bluenose1966 · 29/06/2025 16:27

Apologies to all for derailing with holiday chat, please ignore if not interested in cruises.
@lickycat and @DeltaAlphaDelta79 We did P&O cruise as well to Fjords on Iona which is a massive ship, over 5000 guests. I loved that it had promenade decks so I easily got in over 10k steps a day as I do love walking. My tip would be to book loads in advance for cheapest prices, they have prices up to 2027 at moment, we went by coach down from Liverpool and was much easier than hassle of driving for us, coach or parking is included in a lot of P&O cruises. Food and tips included unless you choose to eat in speciality restaurants, we just tipped cabin steward at end £30. Drinks on par with pub prices. Trips in Fjords are expensive but you can just wander around for free. We have booked the P&O Arvia next July which is a similar size to Iona to Spain and France . The other ships are smaller and older but if the price was right I would go on any of them. I joined a couple of P&O Facebook groups for reviews on location of cabins etc. Good luck.

Yes it me taking L tyrosine. Sorry I changed my username, I was mysticmaiden on the old thread and it must have switched to the new one on the new thread.
Honestly best thing I ever did, I was feeling low and no enthusiasm due to the dopamine interruption for 8 months on MJ. Now Im so much happier with more energy and motivation to do things. I've spent nearly all weekend cleaning the house top to bottom with some relaxing inbetween! My mind is so much clearer and sharper too. I just got it from amazon and take 500mg a day. If your sister is on any medication for mental health like depression or anxiety etc it may interefere though, she will have to read into it. I've had zero side effects.
Well done on your ongoing maintenance, It's great to hear. I'm at bmi 25.3 so close to normal!

Yes its me mysticmaiden, it wont let me revert back to my previous username as already started the thread with this doh. go for it, the L tyrosine is a life changer, no side effects and energy to do so much, I haven't had a down or low day since I've been on it maybe a month now. Mental clarity too and better focus at work! I think I've been low in dopamine for years and the mounjaro pulled me even lower, thank god I found something to help.

Wow everyone- have read the first 3 pages of thread to catch up - busy week here. So lovely to hear how everyone if feeling confident, healthy and comfortable in the heat! It’s great to wear a dress and not need chub rub short underneath! I love being able to wear what I like now rather than what helps me
look less fat! I’m back in 2.5mgs and surprised by how much easier it’s making maintaining my weight loss. It’s definitely the food noise element that’s so useful for me. Love everyone’s STATs with your techno scales ! I don’t have any and it’s tempting to get some - my husband could do with confronting his visceral fat! He’s defo in denial. I’ve managed to lose 1lb and back to 8.7lbs which is great. I have my Oushk maintenance call in August so will not have any pens at that point and I’m now hoping they’ll prescribe me a 2.5mg pen which I can use 1 month in and 1 month off if possible to begin with. I don’t know if they do that ? But I’ll see I guess.

Cong everyone in your incredible wins 🙌🩷.

Thanks for new thread too 💕

I have heard others talk about one month on and off but then you will have zero mounjaro in your system when you start your new pen so might now work as well? Have you thought of doing it every 10 days to stretch it out instead and then still have a low dose in your system?

DeltaAlphaDelta79 · 30/06/2025 07:49

Morning all

Week 36
SW 17'10
CW 13'13'

Only a pound off this week, as I have been struggling with little suppression on 15mg this week (although on the flipside, no side effects!). But I am now within the 13 stone bracket!

Not that I am a particular fan of BMI as a measurement, but it is what the NHS and prescribers use, so my starting BMI was 36.6 (obese) and it is now 28.8 (overweight)!

I won't be in healthy range until 12 stone, 1-2 pounds, but I am not sure I want to get that low. I was thinking of stopping at around 13 stone but don't have a plan in place yet for what I will do when I do stop.

Medicines Marketplace are currently out of stock on 15mg, but I have the bonus dose next week, and a full pen in the fridge ready to go and I have signed up for the email alerts when they get stock back in. They are the cheapest I can find, so will get one as soon as they are in. Due to ordering from 2 suppliers at the same time when 15mgs were low everywhere I am a pen ahead, so am not too concerned at the moment.

Well done everyone!

DeltaAlphaDelta79 · 30/06/2025 08:11

For anyone using Medicine Marketplace, they will have 12.5 and 15 available from 7pm tonight!

It is a bit of a pain them being hard to get and I dont want to pay a higher price for it to be honest.

I agree. I have set up an account with chemist4u.com as they are the next cheapest (£159 with new account discount code) but will keep that as a last resort. I have kept the pen in my basket in the vague hope they might send me a bigger discount code, but I wont be holding my breath! 😂

HansHolbein · 30/06/2025 12:05

Hello all, how are we coping in the heat? Everyone ok?

@DeltaAlphaDelta79 4lbs last week! Incredible! Lovely that you're in the 13st bracket. Love a new bracket!

@Letshavetea1 Hope London and concert was fun! Really glad you're happy with how things are. Nice to feel a bit of peace about it all. Not long until the holiday! Really happy for you that you lost that stubborn lb! Vinted is sooo much fun.

@Fizzleawayyy1 Well done on your consistent losses the past couple of weeks. In the 10's! Glad things are moving for you, I know it's been hard for you with all your social stuff. I'm with SwiftDr... can't remember how much it was last month. Maybe £160ish - much cheaper than Cloud, though. Go you with the size 10 jeans!

@Vegemite123 Glad everything is going well for you. Let us know how you get on with the Oushk chat.

@LumionaMoonsplash Incredible loss, well done to you! Love the graph.

@HappyNewt Lovely NSV's!

@flowerlady2 Bloody brilliant, 4st! So happy for you.

@lapuf That food looks divine!

@fourquenelles woohoo! You're really smashing it, well done. Gosh, I know that feeling. I didn't think I was that big at 16st, but when I look at old pictures... fuck me. I was big! I have a massive hidden photo folder on my phone that I look at sometimes and it's mind blowing. I think the weight just creeps on and you get used to it.

@Bluenose1966 You're an inspiration with your maintenance - thank you so much! Cruise sounds wonderful.

@EVK Lovely update from you. Being able to wear what we like is so freeing. Just putting whatever you want on in the morning and not having to think about it. I never imagined this would be our lives this time last year. So grateful.

@lickycat 15mg is a weird one, isn't it?! Hit and miss for me too. I like your mantra! Hope the gym was ok - you're a better woman than me! I don't think I've ever stepped foot in a gym... probably one of the reasons why I was fat Grin

I must say, this heat is much easier when you're 7.5st lighter! I don't like the sun/heat but it is more manageable for sure this year. I hid inside for most of the summer last year - and it was a shit summer!

Loss has really slowed down for me now, which is to be expected. I am now 8st 9.7lbs. Unbelievable really. I still don't believe it.

Haven't done my stats for ages...

5'5 34yrs PCOS
SW 16st 2.7lbs/102.8kg/226.7lbs BMI 37.7
CW 8st 9.7lbs/55.2kg/121.7lbs BMI 20.3
TL 7st 7lbs/47.6kg/105lbs

I'm planning on getting to 8st 7lbs which will give me a BMI of 19.8. I will then start maintenance. Weight loss is very slow now so I expect it will take me a little while to lose these last couple of pounds, but that's ok. I had a doughnut yesterday for the first time in months - it was very nice!

@recklessgran Are you ok?
@TheChosenTwo How are you doing?
@Mincepieinthesky Everything ok with you?

@HansHolbein amazing!

icantgetnosheep1 · 30/06/2025 18:19

Yooohooo! So lovely to read all these updates. @HansHolbeinamazing!! Isn’t it a great feeling sitting in the sunshine so much lighter ☺️ you’ve smashed it girl.!

I'm managing to maintain at 8.2/3 and feeling absolutely fabulous. No MJ since April so I think I’ve cracked it! The clothes I have in 8’s and 10’s fit perfectly and I’m no longer hiding away, it’s mind blowing. The aim is to keep focused and continue to build muscle.. tone up what’s left of this 53 year old body.

We have a summer off-site later this week, choosing clothes for that this evening.. something I would have dreaded this time last year being the size I was! Ex H is convinced I’ve lost all this weight because I have a new man 🤣 no chance of that pal.. I’ve learnt my lesson and won’t be entertaining anyone else ever again.

It’s just so freeing to feel like the old me, long may that continue.

lickycat · 30/06/2025 18:36

@HansHolbein you’ve almost lost half your original weight! It’s incredible!

I've never been a gym person previously, only started this year at 50 years of age. I’ve always been active, but preferred outside stuff - walking/running etc. but over the last few years I’ve been too heavy to run (and it took a while for me to admit that to myself). I’ve hit perimenopause and everyone tells me I need to do strength training at this age, plus I thought it would help with toning up during weight loss, so I went for it. And don’t know the biggest advantage? Air con!

DeltaAlphaDelta79 · 30/06/2025 19:13

3000 x 15mg pens available on medicine market place at 7pm. Website was very slow but managed to get one! Good luck anyone else who is trying!

Histoscientist · 30/06/2025 20:27

@HansHolbein amazing loss 👏 so you said you've never set foot in a gym but how have you lost so much so quickly? Are you on low calories? Special diet? Would love some tips as I'm only 1lb average a week loser, I was prediabetic but I'm certain it's resolved as I don't feel the symptoms anymore but I'm still not a fast loser. I've only lost 4.6lbs this month!
