Oushk has a new fb group

It's called Oushkers. 5 customers have been given Moderator rights.

I've left the group. I really don't like the idea of customers being moderators.

She's doing exactly the same on Reddit, it's so blatant. Only been on MJ since Feb, but haunts the maintenance sub. Very suss.

I'm not in the groups so what are they saying now? I was planning on going with oushk for maintenance (a long way off though!) but I'm not so sure now tbh

If ever there was a wish for a block button it was definitely tonight for that user @KrankyKumquat. I started another thread and oh there was the user again 🙄😂 x

I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought the constant plugging of Livewell was weird, I just had to call it out.
It will be interesting to see how Oushk get on with a chat forum on their website, I’m quite glad I’m in maintenance so feel like I sort of know what I’m doing so I don’t think I’ll be spending much time on their forum.
Like mentioned above MN have been doing this for years and it’s not easy, but I do think they are trying to move the business forward in a supportive way, who knows if it will work.
I often feel a bit like everyone is making it up as they go along, I thought I’d do this for 6 months, I’m now 11 months in, going down doses but can’t say for sure if I’ll come off or not or how long it will take, I feel a bit like I didn’t really research enough before I started.

I watched the live back as a recording is on the group at the moment.

She was refreshingly honest about a lot of things and seems very genuine in what she said.

Stock is an issue but it's out of their control as it's people above them which have the issues. They are trying their best and hats off to someone who has worked all day to then have to do a live on a Friday night. That's the last thing I'd wanna do.

I can't get excited about the ambassador stuff as whatever they do could potentially bring in more business and this then means they have more money to then do the extra stuff like expanding website and doing the nutrition stuff.

As a customer I don't particularly want lovey dovey stuff, I want to order and get it on time. If I have a question, I'd like it answered in a reasonable timescale. That's all.

At the moment the FB stuff isn't affecting me personally as I don't post as I can't be bothered with the censoring of stuff.

Anyway, hope this helps and genuinely I don't think I'm going to go elsewhere as they are working for me.

Yes she even tried to take over as a mod on a sub with 30k members, after 2months on the jab, until it was pointed out that she lacked the knowledge, experience and judgement required. Quite bizarre. If it's not the same person, they must have a squad of people that they've given exactly the same script to. I saw the inspection of Livewell- they failed on a couple of elements, so they're far from perfect (can't remember exactly but were pretty fundamental gaps in processes and safeguards).

@Yellowsubmarine55 I am not bothered by the ambassador/affiliate stuff either, but they are shifting the blame a bit when it comes to stock issues. Yes they get a smaller allocation as a smaller pharmacy, but it is completely within their control to manage their customer base on the stock they have available so they don’t leave customers without on short notice. Companies do this all the time.

@KrankyKumquat yes all a bit weird, especially yesterday a post that was deleted where she accused Oushk of getting her MN profile deleted 🤷‍♀️
I just felt she was being very critical of a company without any real experience of using them, why would you do that?
Can’t help but think she’s must be a rep for Livewell
Mind you I’ve seen plenty of crazy posts on MN over the years, so maybe she just loves good customer service 🤣

This has thoroughly put me off Livewell 😂 which is a shame if they don’t actually have any link to that person but my god, every thread I’ve looked at on MJ today has had Livewell on it.

I'm way off maintenance too. I have bought from Oushk in the past. I figure things change so quickly maintenance options will likely be different a year from now (when I expect to get to a healthy BMI). No need to rush a decision.

Ooh, all posts on Reddit - UKmounjaro and MounjaromaintenanceUK - have been deleted (or account deleted, not sure). She'd already publically flounced off mounjaroUK a couple of weeks ago after being called out and objecting to the sub's stance on 5th dose, etc. Interesting. Maybe not being paid enough for the long hours 😅.
Shame in a way as she gave some good advice and supportive comments on Reddit when not obsessively plugging Livewell (which was another reason to suspect true identity; how did she become such an 'expert' and know so much about all sorts of stuff, including the internal operations of numerous pharmacies and old SM scandals, etc when she'd only gone on MJ in February?). Thinking she just didn't know how to read the room.

Ah, glad MN are on to it too. Jeez, life's hard enough without having every safe space dominated by shills and bad actors. The Reddit issue seems to have been resolved overnight, but what a strange episode it's been. Amazing how one person can insert themselves into so many communities and stir the pot so effectively; sitting on their high horse while moralising about FB support groups, the use of affiliates on Tiktok, paid employees from other pharmacies disguising themselves on SM and the use of referral codes and discounts. Livewell must be so proud.

As a mod of a 3 million+ sub I can always spot it a mile off!

Re her post that got deleted, I reported it and it was deleted. Maybe other people reported it, too. I have nothing to do with Oushk.

Don’t really care about any provider as long as I can buy it safely and it gets delivered. I’m not loyal to any of them.

@KrankyKumquat Sorry to be that twat but it’s too outing! The internet is actually quite small and people can work out who you are quite quickly. My sub is not Mounjaro related though 😂

Just picking up on a previous post on here, is there a separate FB group for Oushk maintenance?

I was on the original Oushk FB group that got deleted, and know there have been a couple more since then. I'm not an Oushk customer, but my husband is. He doesn't spend a lot of time on FB (unlike me!) and I did find the original group quite helpful, especially for finding out about the weight verification calls and maintenance calls (of which he had his earlier this month).

Anyway, if there is a group I wondered if I'd be able to join on his behalf? Obviously I have his order numbers and we have the same surname. I'm unlikely to post, but just for gathering any useful info like I did before.

Yes there's a group called Oushk Maintenance which is open to anyone at the moment.

@KrankyKumquat I deleted my Reddit account because what's the point. You're arguing with me on two sites now and I'm just fed up of it. I've ordered pens with Pharmacy2u, IQ Dr, simple, and my last pen was with Livewell. I think you're just seeing what you want to see tbh. I had a good experience with them, I've tried to tell people, and people are accusing me of all sorts.

If I sound like I know what I'm talking about, it's because I've worked for the NHS for 20 years if you must know, and now I write code because I couldn't do nightshifts and look after a baby. I don't really want my colleagues to know I'm on here and reddit so I've avoided saying my job until now. During lockdown I was doing night shifts for the NHS while pregnant. It's insulting that you keep accusing me of working for a private company when I keep saying I don't.

It does seem like you've got a personal vendetta against me and it's tiring. Just because I have a different opinion it doesn't make me wrong.

This is all my pen boxes since February. I did start in February. I don't know what else you want me to say to prove myself to you. I tried to moderate the mjuk sub because it had no moderators.

Just leave me alone now please. I'm not on Reddit any more. You've got your way. I don't want to post here any more but I'd appreciate if you left me alone.
